OFFER OF APPOINTMENT
TAWARAN PERLANTIKAN
We are pleased to offer you an appointment for the post of Store Assistant I effective June 20,
2023. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions of service.
Anda telah di tawarkan jawatan sebagai Store Assistant I berkuatkuasa Jun 20, 2023. Tawaran
perkhidmatan ini adalah tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat-syarat berikut.
1. Remuneration
Ganjaran
You shall be paid a salary of RM 2,400.00 per month (Ringgit Malaysian: Two Thousand
Four Hundred Only).
Anda akan dibayar gaji sebanyak RM 2,400.00 sebulan (Ringgit Malaysia: Dua Ribu
Empat Ratus Sahaja).
The benefits and facilities to which you may be entitled while in service will be stipulated
in the Company's Personnel Policy. Any provisions of those benefits and facilities may be
improved upon, altered or deleted from time to time as deemed necessary by the
Company.
Faedah dan fasiliti yang anda mungkin layak semasa dalam perkhidmatan akan
ditetapkan di dalam Dasar Kakitangan Syarikat. Mana-mana peruntukan, faedah dan
fasiliti yang boleh diperbaiki, diubah atau dihapus dari masa ke semasa sebagaimana
yang difikirkan perlu oleh pihak Syarikat.

3. Probationary Period
Tempoh percubaan
There shall be a three months probationary period for you effective from your first day of
joining the Company.
Tempoh percubaan tiga bulan untuk anda bermula dari hari pertama anda menyertai
Syarikat.
4. Termination of Service
Penamatan Perkhidmatan
In the event of termination of service, you or the Company shall be required to give an
appropriate notice as stated below.
Note: If you are absent from work for more than two consecutive working days without
prior leave and without reasonable excuse or if you have a reasonable excuse but failed
to inform or attempted to inform the Company of such excuse prior to or at the earliest
opportunity of such absence, it shall be deemed that you have terminated your
employment with the Company without notice. In such event, the payment of indemnity in
lieu of notice shall be recovered from you.
Nota: Jika anda tidak hadir kerja selama dua hari kerja berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran
terlebih dahulu dan tanpa alasan yang munasabah atau jika anda mempunyai alasan yang
munasabah tetapi gagal untuk memberitahu atau cuba memberitahu Syarikat tentang
alasan itu sebelum atau pada kesempatan terawal ketiadaan itu, ia dianggap bahawa
anda telah menamatkan pekerjaan anda dengan Syarikat tanpa notis. Dalam keadaan
sedemikian, pembayaran ganti rugi sebagai ganti notis hendaklah diperolehi daripada
anda.
Hours of Work
Your working hours may be subject to change, and will be determined from time to time
by the Company. Because of your position, there is a possibility that you will be assigned
to work on permanent or rotating shifts. Details of working hours and shift rotating hours
are described in more detail in the Employee Handbook.

Waktu Kerja
Waktu kerja anda mungkin tertakluk kepada perubahan, dan akan ditetapkan dari semasa
ke semasa oleh Syarikat. Disebabkan kedudukan anda, ada kemungkinan bahawa anda
akan ditugaskan bekerja shif kekal atau bergilir. Butiran waktu bekerja dan peralihan
waktu bergilir diterangkan dengan lebih terperinci dalam Buku Panduan Pekerja.
Types of Leave
All employees are entitled to 1) paid annual leave for each completed year of service with
the Company; 2) paid sick leave in each calendar year; 3) compassionate leave; and 4)
maternity leave as and when eligible. Details relating to the various leaves of absence
available are described in the Employee Handbook.
Jenis-Jenis Cuti
Semua pekerja berhak mendapat 1) cuti tahunan berbayar bagi setiap tahun genap
perkhidmatan dengan Syarikat; 2) cuti sakit berbayar dalam setiap tahun kalendar; 3) cuti
ehsan; dan 4) cuti bersalin apabila layak. Butiran berkaitan pelbagai cuti ada dinyatakan
di dalam Buku Panduan Pekerja.
Company Holidays
All employees are eligible for paid public holidays as stated in the Employee Handbook.
Cuti Syarikat
Semua pekerja layak mendapat cuti umum berbayar seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Buku
Panduan Pekerja.
6. Internal Transfer
Pertukaran Jabatan
The Company reserves the right to transfer you to any other position and/or department
at its discretion.
Syarikat berhak untuk memindahkan anda ke mana-mana bahagian lain / atau jabatan
mengikut budi bicaranya.
At all times during your employment, you shall not divulge or disclose to any person or
persons or body corporate any Company's classified matters entrusted to you or coming
to your knowledge, without approval from the Managing Director.
Sepanjang tempoh pekerjaan anda, anda tidak akan memberitahu atau menzahirkan
kepada mana-mana orang atau pertubuhan perbadanan perkara-perkara sulit mengenai
Syarikat yang diamanahkankan kepada anda atau datang ke pengetahuan anda, tanpa
kelulusan daripada Pengarah Urusan.

8. Company's Rules and Regulations
Kaedah-Kaedah dan Peraturan-Peraturan Syarikat
You shall be required to comply with all expressed or implied rules and regulations which
may be introduced and/or amended from time to time.
The Company reserves the right to search on employee upon exit from the Company
premises. Search here means a body search, clothing and hand held belongings.
Pihak Syarikat berhak untuk membuat pemeriksaan mengejut ke atas pekerja apabila
keluar dari premis Syarikat. Pemeriksaan di sini bermaksud pemeriksaan badan, pakaian
dan pemeriksaan barang-barang di tangan pekerja.
The Company also has the prerogative to check employee lockers, tables, drawers as and
when deemed necessary.
Syarikat juga mempunyai hak untuk memeriksa loker pekerja, meja dan laci apabila
dianggap perlu.
9. Retirement Age
Umur Persaraan
9.1. The retiring age for all employees shall attaining at the age of 60 years.
Umur persaraan bagi semua pekerja adalah apabila mencapai umur 60 tahun.
9.2. In the absence of a Birth Certificate, the date of birth as shown in the Identity Card
of the employee concerned shall be deemed to be the age for the purpose of
determining the retirement age, but if the year is stated then it will be assumed that
the employee's date of birth shall be December 31 of that year as shown in the
Identity Card.
Jika ketiadaan sijil kelahiran, tarikh lahir seperti yang ditunjukkan di dalam Kad
Pengenalan pekerja berkenaan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai umur bagi maksud
menentukan umur persaraan, tetapi jika tahun yang dinyatakan maka ia akan
dianggap bahawa tarikh pekerja lahir akan menjadi 31 Disember tahun itu seperti
dalam kad pengenalan.
9.3. At the sole discretion of the Company, an employee may remain in employment
beyond the retirement age. The retirement age for the employee who remain in
employment beyond the retirement age as stated in 9.1 above will be extended as
determined by the Company.

Mengikut budi bicara mutlak Syarikat, seseorang pekerja boleh kekal dalam
pekerjaan selepas umur persaraan. Umur persaraan bagi pekerja yang kekal
dalam pekerjaan di luar umur persaraan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam 9.1 di atas
akan dilanjutkan seperti yang ditentukan oleh Syarikat.
The Employee Handbook contains important information about the terms and conditions
of your employment, and is considered a part of your employment contract. It is important
that you fully understand the contents of the handbook, and make sure you receive
clarification for any questions you have related to the information it contains. The
handbook is available at company intranet.
Your signature below indicates that you have read the handbook, understand its contents,
and have been given the opportunity to ask the Company about any issues, concerns or
questions you have related to its contents.
Buku Panduan Pekerja mengandungi maklumat penting tentang terma-terma dan syarat-syarat
pekerjaan anda, serta dianggap sebagai sebahagian daripada kontrak pekerjaan anda. Adalah
penting untuk anda memahami sepenuhnya kandungan buku panduan ini, dan pastikan anda
menerima penjelasan bagi apa-apa soalan yang berkaitan dengan maklumat yang terkandung di
dalamnya. Buku panduan ini boleh didapati di intranet syarikat. Tandatangan anda di bawah
menunjukkan bahawa anda telah membaca buku panduan ini, memahami kandungannya, dan
telah diberi peluang untuk bertanya Syarikat tentang apa-apa isu, kebimbangan atau soalan yang
berkaitan dengan kandungannya.
The Company reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of your employment,
including those set forth in the Employee Handbook, at any time, in compliance with all
legal requirements. All updates to your employment will be communicated to you in a
timely fashion, and will be available on the Company intranet site, as well as other
communication channels designed to ensure your receipt of important updates.
Syarikat berhak untuk menyemak semula terma-terma dan syarat-syarat pekerjaan anda,
termasuk yang dinyatakan dalam Buku Panduan Pekerja, pada bila-bila, dengan mematuhi semua
keperluan perundangan. Semua kemas kini tentang pekerjaan anda akan dimaklumkan kepada
anda dengan cara yang tepat pada masanya, dan boleh didapati di laman intranet Syarikat, serta
saluran komunikasi lain yang direka bentuk untuk memastikan anda menerima kemas kini yang
penting.

If the above terms and conditions of employment are acceptable to you, kindly acknowledge your
acceptance of this offer of appointment by signing the duplicate copy of this letter.
Jika terma-terma dan syarat-syarat di atas diterima oleh anda, sila akui penerimaan tawaran
pelantikan ini dengan menandatangani salinan pendua surat ini.
