CONCERNS/SUPPORT
KPIL:
1. To concentrate and complete above terrace works in T1-29 Feb 2024.
2. To speed up Grouting and Snag completion - 135/816.
3. To focus on External Grinding and handing over for painting works Need to deploy resources on priority.
4. Lift shafts to handover for Lift installation in TOWER-1
5. To commence Terrace Waterproofing without further delay

OTHER FINISHES:
1. 40% of required manpower available for internal painting works – 185/360 available front . Manpower need
to be increase & Speed up for both internal and external.
2. Balcony and Utility Texture works to complete along with the first coat paint.
MEP Works:
1. DB dressing and switch sockets fixing testing to be done up to 18th floor -25/02/24.
2. PHE – External shaft completion upto 25th floor in all 3 towers-29/02/2024.
