The exact duration of the exam of a particular paper will be as indicated on the question
paper

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. The University reserves the right to
I. Reschedule/cancel examination/paper at any time in all Examination Centre/s
across the Country or in any particular Examination Centre/s, State/s due to any
exigency or any other reasons. In such cases, the decision of the University will
be final and the cancelled Paper/Exam will be conducted in the next Term-End-
Examination and Exam Fees will be adjusted accordingly; and
II. Reschedule/cancel/shift the date of examination due to unforeseen
circumstances in a particular examination centre/all examination centres or in
any particular State or throughout the Country and such paper will be held in
the next term of examination and accordingly fees paid for appearing the Term-
End-Examination/particular examination will be adjusted.
2. The University will try to accommodate the students in the examination centre opted
by them. However, in case, the sitting at the centre has exhausted, student will be
allotted the nearest/alternate exam centre under the jurisdiction of the same Regional
Centre. The University reserves the right to shift the students from one exam
centre to another exam centre due to any exigency.

िदसंबर-2023 सत्रांत परीक्षा के िलए महत्वपूणर् िनदेर् श-Important Instructions for December-2023
1. परीक्षाथीर् उत्तर पुिस्तका में अपने अनुक्रमांक अत्यंत सावधानीपूवर्क िलखें ।अस्पष्ट, भ्रामक अथवा गलत
अनुक्रमांक अंिकत करने की दशा में परीक्षा पिरणाम घोिषत नहीं िकया जाएगा । यिद परीक्षाथीर् का अनुक्रमांक
10 अंकों के बजाय 9 अंकों का है, तो उसे अंितम कोष्ठक में क्रॉस का िचह्न (X) अंिकत करना चािहए ।
अनुक्रमांक को 10 अंकों का बनाने के िलए प्रारंभ में शून्य का प्रयोग न करें । परीक्षा केंद्र का कोड भी इसी
प्रकार से भरा जाना चािहए।

 The examinees should carefully write their enrolment numbers on the answer sheet. In
case of an ambiguous, deceptive or incorrect enrolment number being entered, the
result will not be declared. If the roll number of the examinee is 9 digits instead of 10
digits, then x (cross) should be marked in the last bracket. Don’t add zero before the
enrolment number to make it 10 digits.The code of the examination Centre should also
be entered in similar way.
2. कृपया यह नोट कर लें िक मुख्य उत्तर पुिस्तका के अितिरक्त अन्य कोई पूरक उत्तर पुिस्तका प्रदान नहीं की
जायेगी । अतः परीक्षािथर् यों को चािहए िक प्रत्येक लाइन में िलखें तथा कोई भी पृष्ठ खाली न छोड़ें ।
Please note that apart from the main answer sheet, no supplementary answer sheet
will be provided. Therefore, candidates should write in each line and not leave blank
pages.
3. कृपया परीक्षा के दौरान उपिस्थत पत्रक पर अपने नाम एवं अनुक्रमांक के सामने िनधार्िरत कालम में हस्ताक्षर
अवश्य करें । यिद िकसी परीक्षाथीर् द्वारा िनधार्िरत कालम के अितिरक्त अन्य कहीं हस्ताक्षर िकया जाता है
अथवा हस्ताक्षर नहीं िकया जाता है तो ऐसी िस्थित में उसे अनुपिस्थत माना जाएगा ।
Please sign on the attendance sheet during the examination in the prescribed column
in front of your name and enrollment number. In case a candidate has not signed or
signed any where other than in the prescribed column, he/she will be treated as
absent.
4. कक्ष िनरीक्षक के पास उत्तर पुिस्तका जमा करने से पूवर् परीक्षाथीर् जांच कर लें िक िनधार्िरत स्थान पर स्वयं के
हस्ताक्षर, कक्ष िनरीक्षक के हस्ताक्षर तथा परीक्षा केंद्र की मुहर लगी हो ।
Before submitting the answer sheet to the invigilator, the candidate should check that
his/her signature, the invigilator's signature and the examination Centre’s stamp is
affixed at the designated place.
5. परीक्षाथीर् यह नोट कर लें िक उन्हें हाल िटकट/प्रवेश पत्र पर उिल्लिखत परीक्षा केन्द्र के अलावा िकसी अन्य
परीक्षा केन्द्र पर परीक्षा देने की अनुमित नहीं दी जाएगी।
Examinees should note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other Exam
Centre except the Venue mentioned in the Admit Card.
6. सामािजक न्याय एवं सशक्तीकरण मंत्रालय (एमओएसजे एवं ई) नई िदल्ली द्वारा 29 अगस्त, 2018 तत्था 10
अगस्त, 2022 को जारी कायार्लय ज्ञापन के अनुसार श्रुित लेखक (Amanuensis)/प्रितपूितर् समय-प्रािप्त की
अनुमित की माँग करने वाले बेंचमाकर् अक्षमताग्रस्त (िदव्यांगजन) परीक्षाथीर् श्रुित लेखक/प्रितपूितर् समय-प्रािप्त
की अनुमित हेतु संबंद्ध क्षेत्रीय केंद्र से संपकर् स्थािपत कर सकते हैं।
The examinees with Benchmark Disabilities (Divyangjan) seeking permission for
Amanuensis (writer)/compensatory time as per the Office Memorandum issued by the
Govt. of India, MOSJ&E, New Delhi, dated 29th August 2018 & 10th Aug 2022, may
contact the respective Regional Centre for obtaining permission of using
amanuensis/compensatory time.
7. परीक्षा के दौरान परीक्षािथर् यों के पास इग्नू द्वारा जारी वैध पहचान पत्र होना चािहए। यिद िकसी कारण से
परीक्षाथीर् के पास इग्नू द्वारा जारी वैध पहचान पत्र नहीं है, तो वे परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश के िलए िकसी भी सरकारी
संस्थान द्वारा जारी फोटोयुक्त वैध पहचान पत्र िदखा सकते हैं।
Examinees must be in possession of a valid Identity Card issued by IGNOU
during the examination. If for some reason, the examinee does not have his/her valid
identity card, they may show any valid Photo Identity card issued by any Government
Institution for entry in the examination hall.
8. परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर मोबाइल फोन या कोई अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉिनक उपकरण ले जाना सख्त मना है।

 Mobile Phones or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the
Examination Hall.
9. परीक्षा में कैलकुलेटर उपयोग करने की अनुमित है, जब तक िक प्रश्न पत्र में में िदए गए िनदेर्शों के माध्यम से
अन्यथा प्रितबंिधत न हो।
Calculators are allowed for use in the examination unless otherwise prohibited through
instructions in the question paper.
10. परीक्षा का माध्यम: परीक्षािथर् यों को प्रश्नों के उत्तर केवल उसी भाषा में िलखने होते हैं िजसमें पाठ्यक्रम संचािलत
िकया जाता है। यद्यिप, परीक्षािथर् यों के पास िहं दी माध्यम में परीक्षा देने का िवकल्प है, भले ही उनका पंजीकरण
अंग्रेजी माध्यम में ही क्यों न हुआ हो।
Medium of Examination: The examinees are required to write answers to the
questions in the languages in which the Programme is offered. However, the
examinees have an option to attempt the Examination of the courses in Hindi medium
irrespective of registration of the same is in English medium.
11. िकसी अन्य क्षेत्रीय भाषा में िलखे गए उत्तरों का मूल्यांकन नहीं िकया जाएगा ,िजसमें पाठ्यक्रम का संचालन नहीं
िकया जाता है और ऐसे पाठ्यक्रम की परीक्षा परीक्षािथर् यों को िबना िकसी सूचना के रद्द कर दी जाएगी। ऐसे
मामलों में, परीक्षािथर् यों को बाद की परीक्षा में िफर से सिम्मिलत होना होगा।
Answers written in any other regional language in which the Programme is not
offered,will not be evaluated and the examination in such course will be canceled
without any intimation to the examinees. In such cases, the examinees will be required
to reappear in the subsequent examination.
12. िनम्निलिखत पाठ्यक्रमों के प्रश्न पत्र वस्तुिनष्ठ प्रकार (बहुिवकल्पीय प्रश्न पैटनर्) के होंगे और केवल ओएमआर
शीट पर आयोिजत िकए जाएं गे:

13. यिद पाठ्यक्रम- एक ही समूह (समूह 1 से समूह 6) के अथवा बैकलॉग पाठ्यक्रम, िविभन्न प्रोग्रामों के पाठ्यक्रम
और एमपी प्रोग्राम, िविभन्न िवशेषज्ञताओं के पाठ्यक्रम हैं तो, परीक्षा की ितिथ और सत्र में पिरवतर्न के अनुरोध
पर िवचार नहीं िकया जाएगा।
The request for change in date and session of exam will not be entertained in case the
courses are from the same Group (Group 1 to group 6) or the courses are backlog

 courses, the courses from the different programmes and in MP Programme, courses
from different specializations.
14. बीएलआईएस प्रोग्राम के अलावा अन्य प्रायोिगक/लैब पाठ्यक्रमों में भाग लेने के िलए पंजीकृत िवद्यािथर् यों को
सलाह दी जाती है िक वे परीक्षा स्थल और परीक्षा ितिथ की जानकारी के िलए अपने क्षेत्रीय केंद्र से संपकर् करें।
Students registered for appearing in Practical/Lab courses other than the BLIS
Programme are advised to contact their Regional Centre for venue and schedule of
exams.
15. प्रश्न पत्र िवतिरत होने के 15 िमनट बाद परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश की अनुमित नहीं दी जाएगी । तथािप, केंद्र
अधीक्षक वैध कारण के आधार पर 30 िमनट तक की देरी को माफ कर सकता है।
Entry into the examination hall shall be closed after 15 minutes of the distribution of
the question paper. However, the Centre Superintendent may condone the delay up to
30 minutes on account of a bonafide reason.
16. परीक्षा शुरू होने के एक घंटे की समािप्त से पहले िकसी भी छात्र को परीक्षा हॉल छोड़ने या प्रश्नपत्र ले जाने की
अनुमित नहीं दी जाएगी।।
No student will be allowed to leave the examination hall or take away the question
paper before the expiry of one hour of commencement of the examination.
17. हाल िटकट वैध है, यिद
पुन: प्रवेश अविध(यिद लागू हो) सिहत प्रोग्राम की वैधता समाप्त न हुई हो । (ii) भरे गए पाठ्यक्रम कोड चुने गए/
पंजीकृत पाठ्यक्रम हैं। (iii) भरे गए पाठ्यक्रम कोड के पुनमूर्ल्यांकन के िलए आवेदन नहीं िकया हो। (iv) भरे हुए
पाठ्यक्रम कोड के पुनमूर्ल्यांकन के िलए आवेदन िकया गया हो, तो तत्काल िपछले सत्रांत पिरणाम का
पुनमूर्ल्यांकन पिरणाम जो भी अिधक हो, माकर्शीट में अिधसूिचत िकया जाएगा। (v) कृपया उपनाम सिहत अपने
नाम की वतर्नी जांच लें, यिद सही नहीं है, तो तुरत ं एसआरडी को सूिचत करें। (vi) छूट योजना के अन्तगर्त
शािमल न हो।
The hall ticket is valid if,
The validity of programme is not over including re-admission period if applicable. (ii)
Filled in course codes are opted/registered courses. (iii)Not applicable for the re-
evaluation of the filled in course codes. (iv)If applied for the re-evaluation of filled in
course codes, the re-evaluation result of the immediate previous term end result
whichever is higher will be notified in the mark sheet.(v) Please check your name
spelling including surname,If not correct, immediately report to the SRD. (vi) Not
covered under exemption scheme.
18. िकसी भी परीक्षाथीर् को परीक्षा केंद्र के बाहर उत्तर पुिस्तका ले जाने की अनुमित नहीं है और यिद ऐसा पाया
जाता है, तो मामला पुिलस और यू.एफ.एम में पंजीकृत िकया जाएगा।
No Examinee is allowed to take away the Answer Sheet out of Exam Centre and if
found, the case will be registered with the Police & U.F.M.
19. प्रितरूपण की सूचना पुिलस को दी जाएगी।
Impersonation will be reported to the Police.
20. िवद्यािथर् यों को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे भिवष्य के संदभर् के िलए अपने हॉल िटकट/प्रवेश पत्र की एक प्रित
अच्छी िस्थित में सुरिक्षत रखें।
Students are advised to preserve a copy of their hall ticket/ admit card in good
condition for future reference.
21. िदसंबर 2023 परीक्षा के एसाइनमेंट/प्रोजेक्ट और प्रैिक्टकल अवाडर् ग्रेड काडर् िस्थित में िदसंबर 2023 परीक्षा
के पिरणाम के साथ अपलोड िकए जाएं गे।
