Abstract

The present study investigated and explore on procrastination and academic


performances of Senior High School students in Don M. Gonzalvo Memorial High
School. This study utilizes self-made questionnaire. One Hundred (100) respondents were
selected through systematic sampling technique. Based on the results, it was found that
majority of the Senior High School students in Don M. Gonzalvo Memorial High School
students have average level of procrastination (44.00%) and the leading factor that
contribute to their procrastination is emotional factors (34.35%). Moreover, the study

acquired further suggestions and recommendations founded on the result of the present
study.
