I realized that these routines will prepare these learners to be good people or citizens of the

dont’s. And it applies to reality of life.
REFLECT
I hope to achieve and to address these problems and challenges by
proposing an action research project on the subject. I believe it will also help if I consult my
plan with other teachers and solicit their feedback and suggestions.
PLAN
Some strategies of way which I can employ to improve these situations/problems by conducting
action research on how to resolve this issue. In addition, I will question my students about the
issue and invite them to share their thoughts and opinions. I will try to readjust and revise my
strategy if necessary.
ACT
Based on my answers, the possible title for my action research on this episode is
Evaluating Classroom Management as an Approach for Varied Student Needs
WORK ON ARTIFACTS
Teacher-Student Relationship
To foster positive connections with my students, I aim to treat each of them fairly
and demonstrate genuine respect. My approach involves guiding them towards
making ethical choices and steering clear of inappropriate behavior. Additionally, I
will emphasize the importance of mutual respect among peers. I believe that
employing incentives rather than penalties will serve as a motivating factor.
Furthermore, I will provide instruction on effective communication skills,
encompassing both speaking and active listening.
I plan to establish class guidelines and protocols that will ensure students take
responsibility for their behavior. I am confident that students will adhere to these rules when
accompanied by both penalties and rewards.
