Quantification and BOQ in Different Method of Measurements

CESMM3, SMM7, and POMI are standards for measuring construction works and preparing bills of quantities (BoQ). 1) CESMM3 covers civil engineering works measurement, SMM7 covers various works, and POMI provides a uniform basis for measuring various construction works. 2) They establish principles and procedures for preparing fully descriptive and accurate BoQs to represent the scope and quality of works. 3) The objectives are to provide information to prepare tenders efficiently, and to value work executed under the contract using the priced BoQ.
