1.In order to enter the stadium, any spectator, regardless of his/her age, is obliged to present a valid, numbered, and nominal ticket, invitation, or season ticket (hereinafter "Ticket"), corresponding to a seat for seated audience. It is forbidden for a spectator to occupy a seat other than the one specified on their Ticket.
Please keep your ticket until the end of the match. 2.Το issue the Ticket and for your entry to the stadium it is mandatory to provide your full name and Social Security Registration Number (AMKA) on the ticket, as well as present your identification document (identity card, passport, or residence permit) for
verification.3.Minors under the age of fourteen (14) must be accompanied by an adult, whose name is indicated on the Ticket. 4.It is prohibited to exchange, resell and generally make available or trade Tickets, as well as supplying Tickets on behalf of third parties in the context of commercial activity.5.Before or upon
entering the Stadium, you will be subject to a body check, baggage check, as well as check of any other item you bring upon arrival and entry into it.6.The Stadium area is supervised by electronic means of monitoring and recording. When entering, exiting or staying at the Stadium during the Games, you may be
photographed, videotaped or recorded, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the General Terms of Entry to the Stadium.7.“PANATHINAIKOS ATHLITIKOS OMILOS CLUB FOOTBALL SOCIETE ANONYME” (Panathinaikos FC) reserves the right to change the dates, times, Match venue, participants and Match
Periods without prior notice.8.It is forbidden during your entry, exit or stay at the Stadium to bring prohibited items according to the current Legislation or other material of any form with any content that may be characterized as dangerous or inappropriate or deemed likely to disrupt the smooth monitoring and
safe conduct of the matches, including but not limited to: a) weapons, ammunition, explosives, chemical or incendiary devices, flares, firecrackers, smoke bombs, tear gas, knives, poles, bats, umbrellas and in general any object that can cause bodily harm, b) narcotics or other prohibited substances, c) bicycles, mopeds,
skates, skateboards, d) t-shirts, hats, bags and other items with clear company trademarks as well as imitations of Panathinaikos FC products, e) banners, signs, notices, brochures and publications with defamatory, provocative or obscene content, as well as any printed material of political, commercial or advertising
content, etc.9.The collection and/or transmission and/or production and/or distribution of any information or data regarding the progress of the match, or any kind of recording of any sound, video or audio-visual material (whether using electronic devices or otherwise) for the purposes of any in the form of betting,
gambling or commercial activities that have not been approved in advance or for any other purposes that violate the terms and conditions of contractual partnerships, is strictly prohibited, except where permission is expressly granted by the Super League and Panathinaikos FC. Cell phones may only be used for
personal, private use.10.Stadium security personnel have the authority to deny your entry to the premises or expel you in the event that: a) you do not comply with the terms hereof and the General Terms of Entry to the Stadium b) refuse physical and baggage control, c) attempt to or interfere with the Matches, by
bringing in or attempting to bring into the Stadium prohibited items as mentioned above, d) disturb the entertainment, comfort or safety of other people on the premises, e) possess a Ticket which is the product of theft or counterfeit or has been damaged or rendered unrecognizable or you have obtained it from an
unauthorized entity or of which you are not the legal owner, f) you disrupt or obstruct in any way the conduct of the Matches, g) you are obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs, h) there are indications that you are going to take any of the above actions.11.In case of your participation in incidents or other
acts and actions, as described above, which are not consistent with sportsmanship and / or constitute defamation for the Game, the sport, Panathinaikos FC and its athletes, Panathinaikos FC reserves the right to immediately remove you from the field and / or ban you from entering it, in future Games.12.Tickets are
non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In case of changes to the kick-off time or to the program, of postponements, cancellations or non-completion of the Football Periods, the provisions of Article 4 of the General Terms of Entry to the Stadium will apply.13.Panathinaikos FC fully disclaims any responsibility for any
injury, destruction, loss, civil liability of the ticket holders- spectators, which may be connected with attending the Match at the Stadium, including the case of being connected with any act or omission of Panathinaikos FC.14.Panathinaikos FC reserves all its rights in the event that you violate any of the terms
described herein or are involved in any way in one of the above actions and/or behaviors and in particular to restore any positive and consequential damages, that it will suffer from your actions, behaviors, and overall conduct during the match, including potential damages to the seat you occupy, and may pursue
criminal prosecution for any punishable acts that may occur before, during, and after the match.15.You are obliged to comply with the terms herein, as well as the General Terms of Entry to the Stadium, which are displayed on the website www.pao.gr and are posted at the Stadium ticket offices and at the official
ticket sales points of Panathinaikos FC. A copy of the terms will be provided to you upon request, either in writing or electronically at the contact email address you have provided.16.Compliance with applicable legislation to ensure individual and public health: Spectators undertake to comply with the laws, protocols,
instructions, circulars and decisions of public bodies, health committees and organizing authorities regarding the rules for ensuring individual and public health, provided that such rules exist and are in force, even if they change during the current football period of 2023-2024. Entry to the stadium will be subject to
the law and -current health protocols at the time of entry, and Panathinaikos FC will inform fans of any changes that may occur during the football period. Panathinaikos FC reserves its legal rights to seek any damage at its expense from non-compliance with the above laws, health protocols, directives, circulars and
decisions of public bodies, health committees and organizing authorities regarding safety rules of individual and public health, as applicable.
