Daily Data Bundle BTL Promotion

1. It is important that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions in order to make
use of the Daily Data Bundle BTL Promotion.
2. All standard Terms and Conditions of Cell C (Pty) Ltd and Cell C Service Provider Company
(Pty) Ltd apply.
3. Cell C’s DataExtenda Terms and Conditions also apply to the Daily Data Bundle BTL
Promotion.
4. The Daily Data Bundle BTL Promotion will run from 09 May-12 May 2016 (“Promotional
Period”)
5. All prices shown include VAT.
6. The Daily Data Bundle BTL Promotion will be available only to Cell C customers that
receive the SMS communication and purchase the 50MB Daily Data Bundle within the
Promotional Period, 9 May-12 May 2016 as communicated in the SMS.
7. Customers who purchase 50MB DailyData Bundle within the Promotional period stipulated in
the SMS will receive 25MB data, for free (“Free Promotional Data”)
8. Customers can purchase the 50MB Daily Data Bundle by dialling *147# and *109#.
9. Customers may only receive Free Promotional Data once a day. This means that if a
customer purchases multiple 50 MB DailyData Bundles within the same day, the
customer will only receive the Free Promotional Data once in that day.
10. The Free Promotional Data will be loaded automatically 24hours after the customer has
purchased the qualifying 50MB Daily Data Bundle during the Promotional period for the Daily
Data Bundle BTL Promotion.
11. The Free Promotional Data is only valid for usage for 7 (seven) days.
12. There shall be no carry-over of unused Free Promotional Data; any unused Free Promotional
Data shall be forfeited if not used within 7 (seven) days of activation.

General

1. Cell C may amend, modify or otherwise change these terms and conditions in its sole and
absolute discretion on notice to you and the amended version will be displayed in the same
media as these terms and conditions. You hereby agree and understand that you will be
bound by the amended terms and conditions should you choose to participate in the Daily
Data Bundle BTL Promotion.
2. Cell C may also withdraw or shorten the length of the Daily Data Bundle BTL Promotion.
3. Cell C and any of its agents, directors, affiliates, members or employees shall not be
responsible in any way for claims, loss or damages (either direct, indirect, consequential or
otherwise) arising from customers’ participation in the Daily Data Bundle BTL Promotion.
