[Looksmax] Female Looksmax Guide (Long) Thread Modes

03-19-2018, 03:46 PM #1

Hello, 17 y/o female here. "Normalfag" I guess, as I am maybe a 7 on good days but that's with makeup and good
lighting. I am going to fix it to make myself a 7/8 without makeup, and an 8/9 with it. No pictures, although once the
transformation is complete, I will update to give before and after photos. Expect January 2019 if you are interested. I
am going to list the pros and cons of my appearance, and my protocol to looksmax. If you have advice to improve my
protocol to make it more effective and more efficient (cheaper) feel free to give me advice. However, this is mostly
Devana meant for women browsing Lookism who want to pick up some tips.
Newbie Girls: We don't need to look like a VS supermodel, just to look solidly hotter than the average female. That is honestly
all you would need to improve your quality of life. If you are a 7+, you can get a man

Pros-
-5'8 (gives me more leeway to look slim)
-No acne problems except old acne scars on back
-Long thick hair (it's light brown, like Faye Marsay's in The White Queen fyi)
-Symmetrical facial features and forward growth despite improper tongue/head -Forward head posture has recessed
my chin only a tiny bit. I say this is a pro because it is not noticeable unless I put myself into perfect head posture,
which gives me a little double chin. This can be fixed w/ orthotropics, and for many people on Lookism, it is not so
simple at all.
-Not naturally fat, but high estrogen ("pear-shaped")

Cons-
-Big nose (issue #1 for me, fixing the nose alone would move me up a point) Nose is much more important for female
looksmaxing than for male. My rule is as so: If you have a skinny nose, it is okay to have a long nose (Meryl Streep,
Carina Alexandra Feodorovna) BUT if the nose is fat, it must me made smaller and shorter. If the female's jaw is weak,
it becomes more important to have a short, small nose. Males prefer females with shorter midface ratios and shorter
-Brown eyes
-146 lbs as of this morning (ideally around 130 for me)
-Average eyelashes
-Not much muscle tone in legs
-Cellulite (this is issue #2)
-Too much time to rid self of body hair (armpits and bikini area are the problems)

Solutions-
1) Rhinoplasty: There is a prestigious university in my current city, and plastic surgery residents offer procedures at
reduced prices to people willing to be their "guinea pigs." This is a common practice in many American universities
that plastic surgery residents will do procedures for a fraction of the normal price. They are usually supervised by a
senior surgeon while doing the procedure. In my view, you get the youthful hand dexterity of a young doctor
combined with the expertise of an older surgeon. Would you rather pay $7.000 for surgery done by a good surgeon,
or would you rather pay $3.000 for a surgery overseen by a surgeon in the top tier, even if he is only directing the
hand of the younger, stronger surgery resident?
Average price rhinoplasty in USA is $5.000. This will be at maximum $3.000.
TIP when you get your rhinoplasty, ask the surgeon to lift your upper lip at the same time. For rhinoplasty, the surgeon
has to cut into the bottom of the nose, under nostrils, anyway, so it's just one extra step to remove a small slice of the
philtrum before sewing the pieces together. This can, for females, give the illusion of a shorter midface (when you
measure midface ratio, it is from the center of the eyes to the middle of the lips, so decreasing the distance between
the nose and upper lip helps to shorten this ratio)

2) Change eye color... YES, this is possible. You can have a laser procedure done for $5.000 in Mexico or for $3.000 in
Spain if you are 21 or older. There is also a doctor in France who does iris tattooing for $5.000, which is CE approved.
TIP: If your eyes are light brown, go ahead and get the tattoo but get diluted pigment, which will look more natural. I
plan to get the laser eye surgery to at least get me to the dark blue I had as a baby, and then do the tattoo to make the
blue more brilliant, after gradually saving up another $5.000.

3) I've already gone no sugar, no beverage except water, tea, and unsweetened almond milk. Next step is to limit
refined carbs. Limit red meat. No cheese. I actually enjoy salad as long as it has a little olive oil, black pepper, and
chicken in it, so this was not hard for me.
Basically, and this is for everyone, NO sugar, NO cheese, NO refined carbohydrate, NO snack foods that come in
plastic bags, LESS red meat (at least for women) NO drinks with calories.
I also am trying to eat more carrots and tomatoes to get the beta carotene glow. Beta carotene also gives the skin
increased sun tolerance. For reference, I have the same skin color as Adriana Lima or Rosie Huntington Whiteley.
When you eat vegetables with vitamin A, it's important to consume them along with a fat for optimal absorption of the
vitamin.
I also try to eat one brazil nut per day (almost like a pill) to keep my selenium high, which also helps to prevent UV
damage to skin.

4) Vaseline for eyelash growth. Also helps to seal in moisture around the eyes during sleep. I bought mascara wand
online to use to coat the eyelashes with vaseline.

5) Squats and lunges. It's really very simple protocol here, I'm not going to waste much time on body when it's really all
about the face. Tbh as long as I'm thin, leg muscle is just an added bonus. It's not the difference of even one point.

6) Cellulite. I'm hoping it will be taken care of simply by losing weight alone, but if not, I will start to dry brush the area
and maybe apply coffee extract. Again, the cellulite, as it is, is not so bad that I would not have the "power" a beautiful
woman has, especially since most men I interact with are not going to see that much skin.

7) This is one of those areas where it's necessary to sacrifice a lot of money in the short term to save even more in the
long run. That means laser or electrolysis. Both are expensive. There are machines you can buy on amazon to DIY, and
these are much cheaper, but you have to remove the hair on your own time and not all of the machines are effective,
so read the reviews first.

8) I've also corrected my tongue and swallowing posture, as well as working on my head posture. I used to have
forward head posture and as a result when I make perfect head posture, my chin looks a bit recessed, so this is a
gradual process. The problem is that this is an advice that a lot of people here will not be able to follow. Even on Mike
Mew's blog, he says that the key is being able to get the mouth to a starting point where proper tongue and head
posture and lip seal can be achieved. I changed my tongue posture in two days and now it feels completely normal,
whereas at first my lips felt too big and loose, now I have a comfortable lip seal. Same for achieving near perfect head
posture. If your jaw is very recessed and you have not even close to forward growth, you need first jaw surgery.
After only a week of having proper posture, I have seen results. I have always had jaw problems, and this issue with
holding my jaw was never natural or comfortable, so when I corrected my posture, it was like my mouth finally closed,
both outside and INSIDE, for the first time. This is why I believe I saw instant results with orthotropics. When I glanced
in the mirror this morning at school, I was surprised that my face had changed. I can hardly describe what had
changed to give me a more "intense" look, but my neckline was definitely more defined from my jaw, and my midface
looked a bit more compact.

-Skincare routine
Remove makeup every night with coconut oil
I exfoliate daily with a toothbrush (made from natural fibers)
I wash my face daily with Castille soap that has tea tree oil in it. This has helped with acne and to balance my skin pH.
I moisturize with avocado, almond or olive oil, and now I use vaseline around the eyes.
I wear minimal makeup. It consists of five components: tinted lip balm, eyeshadow in coral or light brown, mascara,
concealer over any blemishes and between my eyes (to give illusion of wider set eyes... once I have nose job it will give
this illusion itself), and I run over eyebrows with sun protectant lip balm both to protect them from sun and seal in
arched shape by preventing any hairs from moving.
I wear zinc sunscreen of 30 spf every day. I do not use chemical sunscreen or any chemical products on skin, unless I
have researched every chemical ingredient to assure it is not harmful.
I drink 3 liters of water each day, in addition to white or green tea. Hydration is essential for skin elasticity and youthful
look. If white or green tea is not there, I will conform to drink even black tea or from herbs. Green and especially white
teas help to slow aging process of the skin, and if you want to see effect of hydration, google "the water challenge."

When I turn 25 I will consider Retin-A. I live in a land without very much sunlight, so it is not a problem for me, but if
you life in a hot place, then Retin-A should be limited because it increases sun sensitivity, so its effect can be
paradoxical.

-Dress
With clothes, it's simply not important when you reach a certain point. A thin and beautiful woman can wear any
clothes and men will still pay attention. For example, look at supermodels and celebrities. Some of the clothes they
wear are so ugly, but they look good in any thing.

I have no money to add to my wardrobe at this point, but I intend to add 2-3" high heels (adds length to leg without
making me taller than most men in my country) and a variety of a-line skirts and dresses. Also, high-waisted jeans to
give illusion of longer legs and shorter torso, which is ideal for females. I have already invested in a nice coat that
accentuates my waist and has a pretty fur hood. STOP wearing these ugly coats in bright children colors, American
women! These fluffy ugly coats make women look fatter, I see it all the time here. Your coat must tighten at the waist.

Ending Note + perspective theory:

My main goal is to looksmax investing the smallest possible amount of time and the least amount of money, and it
should be your goal too. While you are young, appearance should not cost that much, once you have used plastic
surgery to make your face look aesthetic. You should not be spending hundreds of dollars every week for the rest of
your life to have your hair waxed, use the most expensive face creams and serums, dye your hair blond at a salon
(don't even think about dying hair yourself!) and all that when face is the most important thing by far. Face and then
body.

Also, on another note, I don't know perfectly the user demographics of this site, but I suspect many are incels who
have come here to improve their quality of life. Incels usually resent stacies like myself who are 7+ on the beauty scale.
However, I have seen on this site a theory that goes, "When you looksmax, you won't even want women anymore".
And someone said that after he has looksmaxed, most women look like subhumans to him now.
*This is how all stacies feel* To be a stacey, you need to sacrifice. You need to give up sugar and all of the foods you
loved as a child, and your family will judge you for not joining in the fun. Every time you eat with someone who does
not looksmax, you feel cheated.
I have worked for years at shit-tier jobs to slowly earn the money to get my nose job and laser eye surgery. Yet the
total cost is only $10.000 for me. Imagine how much money every attractive woman you see has put into her
appearance. Imagine how much time. If you struggled through plastic surgery, dieting, hair removal, having to buy
endless makeup, skincare and hair products, and had to walk around in high heels all day, do you honestly think you
would want to date a girl like, for example, Mayim Byalik?

No, you would not. And that is how we stacies feel. I looksmog my fiancé by maybe 2 points maximum. We recently
had a conversation where I, self-conscious, I accused him that he would not want me if he didn't find me beautiful. He
countered that I wouldn't be interested in him either. This is the truth of the matter. Don't hate the player, hate the
game.

Ladies: DO NOT try to make a career out of being pretty. It will not last forever. Once you are 35, you will cease to be
able to compete with younger women. The purpose of looksmaxing for women is to achieve security above all. Even
getting to a place where you can learn skills that make you valuable for something other than your appearance
(university) is difficult, and you may need to use your body for this end. Just think about how much worse it's going to
be when you are 50 and married to an ugly loser, with ugly children, and with very little money. Do you want to be
trampled on, becoming progressively less valuable as times goes on, or do you want your decreasing physical value to
be replaced with some other kind of value, like experience as a doctor, or achievements as an engineer? I, for
example, am poor and through a very convoluted process it is possible for me to live in another country where
university is free and is high quality. If I were today as ugly as I was at 13, this would not be possible. Not all of us
women have rich mommies and daddies to pay our college tuition for us in any country in the world.
When you are older you should have intellectual experience, financial security, and a loving family to compensate for
decreased physical value. That's right, just like men need to compensate, women you cannot depend on appearance
alone.

Alright, sorry for the length of this post and my poor English. I hope this helps in some way.

@Devana

This is really good advice, keep up the posting. I agree with face being everything. Try color contacts too before you go
with eye changing surgery just to check it out. Aren't you worried about the scarring that lip lifts can cause?

Good post OP
Here are some tips and ideals I've picked up through research and personal experience.

21-27% body fat depending on distribution.

Diet should consist primarily of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and fish or offal, supplemented with a prenatal vitamin, a
probiotic, and sufficient quality fats and electrolytes.

posture, body fat distribution, and hips-to-waist ratio. You should also hold yourself with feminine poise, for example
keeping your legs together, your chin tall, and your chest open. Investigate chiropractic causes for facial asymmetry
before getting surgery.
This should go without saying, but get plenty of sleep.
Good sunscreen, BHA exfoliant, Salicylic based cleanser, retinol, and a vitamin-rich moisturizer with a lanolin or low-
comedogenic base, whatever works best for your skin. Oil cleansing works great for many. Bentonite clay masks are
helpful for high sebum days such as during ovulation.
It's important to be considerate of your cycle when you change anything about your self care regimen. Your
reproductive health reflects your overall health and beauty, so take note of issues during ovulation and menstruation.
It may be true that attractive people look good no matter what they're wearing, but it would be well advised to look for
your color palette and Kibbe profile in order to get the most out of, and accentuate your natural beauty.
May seem unrelated, but keep your personal space very tidy and clean.

I don't know really what can be done for hair, but I will have to keep searching. I find that shea butter + rose water
applied while damp tends to reign in frizziness and enhance volume and shine, but the ends are still pretty damaged
from bleaching it in the past, and my hair is thin from weight loss. I hear good things about castor oil, but haven't tried
it yet.
Personally I lost a good deal of weight recently so I may try microneedling + infadolan on areas with loose skin.
Unexplored areas for improvement are rhino, flat chested, and smallish lips. I would really rather not get a boob job
honestly. I've considered using Pueraria Mirifica but I can't tell how much of a scam it is, and I'm nervous to try it
because I don't want to rape my endocrine health. Breast massage for around 10-15 minutes a day helped me go up a
cup size, which is pretty good.
