1. Processing Period: Maximum of two (2) working days upon receipt of application
2. Delivery / Pull Out Days and Time: Monday to Saturdays except Sunday and holidays, 8am to 5pm
3. Trucks: Trucks bigger than 6-wheeler are NOT ALLOWED. It must not exceed 2.3 meters of vertical
clearance
4. Elevator Use Guide:
o Car Dimension (WxDxH): 195 cm x 145 cm x 235 cm
o Door Dimension (WxH): 105 cm x 205 cm
o Load Limit: 1300 kgs
5. Recovery: Any damages incurred within the common areas and facilities during delivery/pull out will be
charged to the Owner.
