Work Experience
Treasury Lead Manager
February 2022 – Present

• I am working as Lead Treasury at Bidco Africa Ltd. in Thika, Kenya. I began this position in
February 2022. At Bidco, I engage in the following responsibilities:

o Handling all petty cash payment and receipt banking operations and coordinated
them daily with the respective accounting books.
o Planning timely salary fund transfer.
o Managing cash flow and investments by monitoring receipts and their realizations
and projections with respect to receipts and payments
o Handling Forex deal daily wise to manage cash flow.
o Marinating Bank Guarantee letters for customers and suppliers. On need even
organize to liquid them.
o Bill Of Exchange maintain fully-collection of documents from bank, organize all
related documents with Purchase/ Imports team, preparation of cash flow, prepare
and send Bill of Exchange instruction letter to bank so that amount could be
debited on Sight or due date.
o Help the PWC audit team with treasury related issues and facilitated with all Bank
accounts closing balances.
o Preparing MIS report on Major collection, Bank wise collection and daily
payment projection and share with Management.
o Approve payments – SAP system Workflow & Bank portal (one of the
Signatories).

o Managing of all cheque payment for all investment companies with Bidco.
o Managing LC (preparing, sharing MT with customer, and required
communication).
o Required communication preparing various reports.

Finance Manager
November 2015 – December 2021

• I worked as a Finance Manager at Tally Solutions Kenya Ltd. in Nairobi, Kenya. I began this
position in 2015. At Tally, I engage in the following responsibilities:

o Singlehandedly maintaining all books of accounts and handled all financial


transactions and activities of the entity
o Handling all petty cash and banking operations and coordinated them daily with
the respective accounting books
o Overseeing the management of petty cash and office supplies and ensured they
are managed within planned budgets by signing off during monthly reviews

o Preparing the fund requirement statement monthly and ensuring a smooth flow of
funds from all Tally Partners

• I worked as a Corporate Accounts-In-Charge in Clinix Healthcare Ltd, a group company of


Nairobi West Hospital Ltd. and pursued the following responsibilities:

o Handled major corporate Client relations for claims settlement, invoicing and
conducted all claims communication
o Managed communication with service providers regarding patient entitlement,
exclusions, credit limit, letter-of-undertaking, Final billing, Discharge, etc.
o Oversaw credit management for major capitation corporate clients such as Rift
valley railways, NHIF, City council of Nairobi, etc.
