. Let the teacher begin by giving orientation about the spelling bee
A. Introduction: to the learners.
Let the teacher inform the rules and format of the competition,
clarifying any questions they may have.

B. Format: Explain the format of the competition, which may include


individual, team, or group competitions. Ensure that the rules and
time limits are clearly communicated

C. Questions: Prepare a range of questions covering a variety of topics in the


subject area. The questions can be multiple choice, short answer or
fill-in-the-blank. It is important to ensure that the questions are
appropriate for the age and level of the participants.

D. Competition Begin the Quiz Bee competition, ensuring that participants are
comfortable with the rules and procedures. The teacher will be a
moderator to read the questions and a timekeeper to manage the
time limits.

E. Scoring: Determine the scoring system for the competition and keep track
of the scores as the participants answer the questions.

F. Awarding of Winners: : At the end of the competition, determine the winners and award
prizes accordingly

VI. Adaptations: . Make adaptations to the competition based on the needs of


the participants. Teacher may need to modify the questions
or the format of the competition for participants with special
needs.
Extension: . Provide additional resources or materials for participants
who want to continue learning about the subject area
