1. Identify by location, asset number, description 1. Latches in overall good condition

8. No visible structural damage to Support legs 5. No dents and kinks in the tank main body
9. Inspect supply and vent lines condition

(B) PRESSURE RELIEF / OTHER VALVES (F) TRANSFER HOSES


1. One Safety device per tank and discharge pointed 1. All hoses connection with Weco Fig 206 unions
downward 2. All hoses clamped to integral union/ king nipple
2. Safety device (PRV) must comply with section 4.7.1 of with 2 bolted clamps or crimp ends
WS QHSE Std 04. 3. All transfer hoses are approved discharge hose
3. Function test relief valve by lifting lever 4. No Visible wear and tear damages on hoses
4. Discharge elbow must have internal threads ground 5. Pressurize tank and isolate valves to monitor

and corresponding rupture pressure 7. All Victaulic couplings tightened

4. Proper ladders, handrails, and fall protection
5. Painting according to guidelines
(White: bulk plants, blue: field silos)
(C) PRESSURE / WEIGHT GAUGES 6. Lock out / tag out equipment available and used

STEM 2 HAS BEEN COMPLETED
(A) EQUIPMENT REMARKS
Annual Inspection may include but not limited to
1. Magnetic Particle and Ultrasonic thickness test
2. Pneumatic pressure test to the manufactures' working
pressure
3. Any leaks must be repaired before returning the tank
to service
4. Only perform hydrostatic pressure test when required
by local regulations or after repairs
5.Internal inspection erosion around jets,piping, vents &
load lines
6. Inspect if Butterfly Valves on Fill & Vent lines and Cement
quick shutoff need replacement / redressing

(B) PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE AND GAUGES


1. Follow testing and calibration check as outlined
in WS QHSE Std 04 G01

(C) PRESSURE GAUGES
