1. Set up the classroom environment to be conducive to
open and respectful discussion.
2. Prepare chart paper with key questions and prompts.
3. Gather materials for activities.

2. Discussion: Facilitate a discussion about the story


using questions like:
o How did Thor and Loki differ in personality and
approach to problems?
o What challenges did they face due to their
differences?
o How did their perspectives differ on what's
"right" and "wrong"?
o What can we learn from the story about
understanding and respecting different
viewpoints?

3. Activity 1: "Seeing from Different Angles": Divide


students into pairs. Provide each pair with a picture
or scenario depicting a situation with different
perspectives. Ask them to discuss and write down the
different viewpoints involved and how they might
influence actions.

Picture Scenarios:
● Image of a Playground: Show an image of a crowded
playground with children playing different
activities. Ask students to identify different characters
and discuss what they might be thinking and feeling
based on their expressions and
actions. Then, challenge them to consider the
perspective of a parent observing the scene or a child
who is sitting alone.
● News Article Headline: Present a news article
headline with a strong viewpoint (e.g., "Animals in
Zoos are Unhappy"). Ask students to analyze the
headline from the perspective of a zookeeper, an
animal rights activist, and a child visiting the zoo.
● Historical Event: Choose a historical event with
multiple stakeholders (e.g., American
Revolution). Divide students into groups representing
different groups involved (e.g., Colonists, British
soldiers, Native Americans). Each group researches
and presents their perspective on the event, followed
by a class discussion.

4. Activity 2: "Empathy Challenge": Give students a


challenging situation and ask them to role-play it
from different perspectives, considering the feelings
and motivations of each character. Discuss the
importance of empathy in understanding others.
