Project Scope
Project Description To develop and launch a fully functional and user-friendly website
for XXX company. This project is to enhance XXX
products/services, increase brand visibility, provide a seamless user
experience, and achieve their business objectives.
Project Objective 1. Establish an online presence to promote the client's business and
attract new customers.
2. Provide information about the XXX's products/services, promoting
sales.
3. Create a user-friendly, informative and interactive website.
4. Boost website traffic and online conversions, contributing to
business growth.
5. Design a website that can be modified to meet evolving needs.
In Scope 1. Creating the website's style, structure, and aesthetic components
while taking the client's brand and design preferences into account.
2. Designing user-friendly user interfaces with interactive
components, buttons, and menus.
3. Ensuring the website performs optimally on specified browsers
and devices.
4. Developing and integrating the necessary functionality, such as e-
commerce features, blogs, or content management systems (CMS).
Out of Scope 1. Our services do not include content creation, copywriting, or
content gathering. The client is responsible for providing all text,
images, and other content unless explicitly agreed upon separately.
2. Developing custom software, applications, or plugins that extend
beyond standard website functionality is not included.
3. Ongoing website maintenance, updates, and support beyond the
project's completion are excluded unless a maintenance agreement is
established.
4. While we may provide limited training on website use,
comprehensive training and extensive documentation for ongoing site
management are not part of this project scope.
Project Assumptions 1. Stakeholders will actively participate and provide timely feedback
throughout the website design project.
2. The necessary content, such as text, images, and videos, will be
readily available and provided by the stakeholders in a timely
manner.
3. The project will proceed under the assumption that the website will
be created strictly within the specified budget.
4. It is assumed that both parties will maintain open and clear
communication channels through email, meetings.
5. Emergency support outside of standard working hours is not
included unless a separate agreement is in place.
Project Constraints 1. Time constraints. Any necessary adjustments to the schedule will
be determined in collaboration with the client.
2. Budget Limitations. Any additional features or scope changes
requested by stakeholders may require a budget adjustment.
Project Deliverables 1. Fully functional and responsive website with an appealing design.
2. The website will be optimized for optimal performance on
specified browsers and devices.
3. Completed source code and documentation.
4. User manuals to guide content management.
Critical Success 1. Completion of the website within the allocated budget and
