I am to inform you that regarding the payment of examination fees for the
upcoming Apr / May 2024 semester examinations through our University online
portal (www.coe.tvu.edu.in) start from 06.03.2024 (Wednesday).

Affiliated colleges and their students will be responsible for making


examination fees payments directly through the university's online payment
portal (www.coe.tvu.edu.in).

Payment Deadline:

The payment deadline for the Apr / May 2024 semester examinations for
individual students is as follows:

Without fine Last Date : 13.03.2024 (Wednesday) at 05.45 pm


With fine Last Date : 16.03.2024 (Saturday) at 05.45 pm

Students are encouraged to make their payments well before the deadline
to avoid any potential issues. Please note that these deadlines are final, and no
more extensions will be granted. In case failure in timely payment may result
in the exclusion of your college's students from the Apr / May 2024 semester
examinations.

Payment Instructions for Colleges:

 Access the Online Portal: Faculty / Staff should visit our university's
official website [www.coe.tvu.edu.in] and navigate to the "Login" tab.
 Login:Faculty / Staff should log in to their college accounts using their
unique credentials.
 Payment Process: Once logged in, Faculty / Staff should select the
"MENU: EXAMINATIONS ---> SEM FEE DETAILS ----> FEES PAID / NOT PAID "

option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment


process.

Put the tick in check boxes and click the update button
Payment Instructions for Students:

 Access the Online Portal: Students should visit our university's official
website [www.coe.tvu.edu.in] and navigate to the "Student Login"
section.
 Student Login: Students should log in to their individual student
accounts using their unique credentials.
 Payment Process: Once logged in, students should select the "Exam
Fee" option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the
payment.

Note: The Examination fee paid for Apr / May 2024 Semester Examinations
will not be refunded for those who are not having adequate attendance during
the time of Hall ticket generation.

If any doubts or clarification of the above said payments send the mail to
