the basics

as a human being made in the image of god,


we all have the same 4 purposes:
1. To glorify God
2. To enjoy God
3. To know Jesus
4. To make Jesus known

but your calling is unique to YOU.

this is because your calling is different from


your purpose.

your calling is influenced by your:

gifts
talents
the season of life you are in

your calling is How you will walk out your


purpose to glorify god.

Example: if you are a painter- you will paint for the glory of God. If you are a
corporate strategist - you do corporate strategy for the glory of God. If you are a
stay-at-home mom, you are a homemaker for the glory of God.

Each person is walking in their purpose to glorify God, enjoy God, know Jesus,
and make Jesus known in their own unique way.

2.Answer these questions in your quiet time. Ask God to walk with you
during this process and to remind/ reveal to you significant moments in
your life.

Walking in God's purpose for your life is less of a destination and
more of a direction we walk in. Progress can feel slow and
uncertainty can arise but don't be discouraged!
