SCOPE OF WORK 1. PERFORM LEAK TEST, FUNCTIONAL TEST, FLUSHING, GREASING AND SEALING.
2. PERFORM CHANGE OUT GREASE FITTING.
3. PERFORM GEARBOX SERVICING.

0830 Arrived at SARO for PTW application and pre-job discussion with PIC.
1000 PTW approved and mobilize to working station ML209.
1015 1100 Arrived at ML209 - Block Valve Station Dengkil.
1115 1145 Transferring equipment from vehicle to work site.
1200 1215 Conducted toolbox meeting among crew to brief on JHA, job scopes and safety precaution before start the maintenance job.
1230 Performed visual inspection and record condition and initial position all valves.
Performed visual inspection at site to ensure safe to start work.
1245 Received permission to utilize pipeline gas as source to operate pumps. Pipeline pressure is 350 bar (5,076psi).
1245 Setup pump ESS751 and ESSFM2 and performed function test. Both pumps found working in good condition.
Isolate by close the power gas valves connected to the valve before start the job.
1300 Start the valve maintenance job at MLL209. Record the valve details for reference.
1315 Conducted leak test for MLL209 (3pcs Plug Valve) start with Upstream, Downstream and Bypass and monitor for 15mins. No test at Blowdwon due to no available point for monitoring.
Found Upstream valve passing 10 psi per min while Downstream passing 10 psi per min. Bypass valve is holding 0 psi per min.
Started the flushing job for the valve. Connected flushing hose from ESSFM2 pump into grease fitting valve.
Secured the connection by installing whip check.
Open the inlet valve, regulate the incoming pressure to operate the pump.
Completed flushing Upstream, Downstream, Bypass and Blowdown valve.
Continue with injected sealant at Upstream and Downstream valve and lubricant for Bypass and Blowdown.
Disconnected flush hose and connect the grease hose to valves. Pressurize pump ESS751 by regulate the incoming pressure.
1530 Started the sealing job at Upstream and Downstream. Continue with greasing job at Bypass and Blowdown valve.
1530 1600 Break for Lunch
1615 Performed leak test after injected sealant at Upstream and Downstream.
Found Upstream and Downstream valve holding.
Start change out grease fittings for all valve at MLL209.
Completed replace grease fittings with vent cap type.
Unable to perform gearbox servicing due to different type of gearbox at MLL209.
Start flushing job at ML209 for all valves.
1900 Stop work due to time constraint.
Cross checked all the valves and pipeline condition. Return all valves into intial position.
1900 1930 Performed housekeeping before close the job for today. Separate the chemical waste and secure in the allocated bin.
