I hereby state on solemn affirmation
and give an unconditional undertaking as under -

A) My admission in this college is subject to eligibility and final approval by Admission


Regulating Authority (ARA) , CET Cell, and Shivaji University Kolhapur, and I will not hold the
college responsible for cancellation of admission by any of these regulating authorities. I also
will not hold the college responsible if for any reason the Bar Council/s reject my application for
enrollment / cancels the enrollment due to discrepancy as regards eligibility for admission etc.

B) The college administration has


brought to my express notice the requirement of 75 % attendance as per APPLICABLE
ORDINANCES OF SHIVAJI UNIVERSITY, KOLHAPUR , RULES OF BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA and
Rules of the college for
being eligible to appear for theory examinations of the University and Internal Examinations
conducted by the college. I give an unconditional undertaking
that I will attend minimum 75 % lectures of all subjects failing which I am
aware that I will not be able to appear for theory examinations of the
University and Internal Examinations, Dissertation and Viva voce conducted by the
college.
C) I hereby also declare and give an
unconditional undertaking that in view of Section 127 (7) of Maharashtra Public
Universities Act 2016, I submit myself to the disciplinary jurisdiction of
Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, officers and other authorities of the University and
the authorities and bodies of Narayandas Sarwottadas Soti Law College, Sangli.
I undertake to observe and abide by the statutes and additional norms made in
that behalf by Principal.

D) I state that the college administration has brought to my express notice that for availing the
benefit of Scholarship , Freeship , EBC schemes of the government, minimum 75 % attendance in
all subjects is a mandatory requirement. I undertake to apply for the benefit of these Scholarship
, Freeship , EBC schemes only if at the date of applying for the same I have attended 75%
lectures of total lectures conducted in all subjects. I unconditionally undertake that I will not
cause monetary loss to the government by availing the benefit of Scholarship , Freeship ,
EBC schemes without attending minimum 75 % lectures of all subjects. I further unconditionally
undertake to refund the benefit availed by me of the Scholarship , Freeship , EBC schemes totally
and with interest to the government through the college if I fail to attend minimum 75 % of
lectures of all subjects throughout and till completion of the semester.
