WHAT WILL
YOUR JOB
BE?

Translate designs and wireframes into high


quality code;
Design, build, and maintain high performance,
reusable, and reliable code in Kotlin;
Ensure the best possible performance, quality,
and responsiveness of the application;
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
Help maintain code quality, organisation, and
automatization.
HARD
SKILLS:

minimum 5 years experience as a Android


Engineer;
Solid development experience with the Android
platform and SDK;
+2 years experience in building apps for Android
using Kotlin;
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented
Programming and Design Patterns;
Experience developing complex software products
for production usage;
Understanding of Android’s design principles and
interface guidelines;
Solid understanding of the full mobile
development life cycle;
Experience working with remote data via REST
and JSON;
HARD
SKILLS:

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs


(OkHttp, Retrofit, RxJava, Dagger, Gson, etc.);
Experience with local database (Room or Realm);
Knowledge of MVC, MVP or MVVM principles;
Familiarity with location and other sensors;
Familiarity with background running tasks/services
on Android;
Familiarity with reactive programming, RxJava, or
combine;
Familiarity with developing highly polished user
interfaces;
SOFT
SKILLS:

A sense of humor and the ability not to take


yourself too seriously;
Ability and eager to learn - mostly
independently and himself;
Detailed oriented, can relatively easy to catch
new stuff;
Collaboration and communication, proactively;
Ability to identify an area of potential lack of
performance;
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
