Why have you chosen to study in New Zealand and NMIT?
After thorough research and thoughtful analysis, I chose the New Zealand for higher
studies. I considered many factors and came up with the following reasons for choosing
New Zealand;
Firstly, the New Zealand is famous for providing exceptional quality education to
students and the educational degree of the New Zealand is appreciated and recognized
all over the World. Secondly, New Zealand provides affordable and high-quality
education to international students accompanied by some scholarships. Moreover, the
cultural diversity of the New Zealand always attracted me. I love the fact that I'll get to
interact with so many people from different backgrounds.
When I was short listing universities in the New Zealand for the Bachelor of Information
Technology- Information Systems program, I came to know about Nelson and
Marlborough Institute of Technology. I started to gather information about this institute
and when I read reviews of the students, it developed my interest in NMIT. It has a high
ranking and is considered to be one of the top institutes in the NZ and provides high
quality education, a variety of research activities, subject resources, and a friendly
environment for students. Their Bachelor courses are highly ranked in the NZ for
student. Faculty members are also very experienced and skilled. Also, this university
has a large international community of international students and is surrounded by some
amazing places in Nelson, New Zealand. Due to these reasons, I chose NMIT among
the few institutes that offer Information Technology in upcoming intake.

Why have you chosen to study this programme?


The importance of Information Technology- Information Systems has greatly
increased in recent years and now people tend to focus on Efficiency and
Productivity, Data Management, Innovation and Competitive Advantage.
As an enthusiastic visual storyteller and committed artist, I am drawn to the
program's extensive curriculum and dedication to combining traditional and digital
methods. I'm sure that this program will provide me the best opportunity to hone my
abilities and add to your institute's vibrant artistic atmosphere. The idea of attending
the BIT - Information Systems program and adding to its illustrious history excites
me as it focuses on Programming Fundamentals, Database Management Systems,
Systems Analysis and Design, Web Development, Networking Fundamentals,
Operating Systems, Data Structures, Information Security, Software Engineering
and more. Therefore, I am sure that I will excel in this program due to my love for
Bachelor of Information Technology in Information Systems.

Please highlight relevant work experience
1 Year as an Assistant Supervisor at MAGNIFO in Pakistan from November 2022 to
December 2023.

After completing my Intermediate, I worked as an assistant supervisor at MAGNIFO
and gained excellent experience. My responsibilities were reporting, Administrative
tasks, performance monitoring and development. My abilities have greatly improved
in this position, and it has also equipped me for the next phase of my academic and
career development. Now, I'm ready to start the bachelor's program in Information
Technology and systems. These expert viewpoints have really expanded my skill
set, and I can't wait to use this real-world understanding to succeed in the
fast-paced IT industry.

What are your plans after you have finished your study with NMIT?
After completing my Bachelor's in the New Zealand, I'll shift back to my home
country, my aim is to mastering a diverse range of design techniques, building a
compelling portfolio, and securing internships to gain practical experience. I aim to
actively participate in industry events, network with professionals, and stay updated
on the latest trends. Continuous learning and seeking mentorship are integral parts
of my journey to ensure long-term success in this dynamic field. After doing
Bachelor of Information Technology- Information Systems, my future careers include
Systems Analyst, Software Developer, Database Administrator, Web Developer,
Network Administrator, IT Consultant, Business Intelligence Analyst, IT Project
Manager, Cyber security Analyst, Mobile App Developer and more. I also may
choose to specialize further by pursuing additional certifications or entering
higher-level programs for advanced career prospects.
