 I. OVERVIEW OF LIFE STAGES, WHAT STAGES ARE THERE, THE AGE
CORRESPONDING TO EACH STAGE THE GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF
THAT STAGE.
Each person goes through different stages in life, starting from infancy to old age. Infancy,
early childhood, middle childhood, adolescence, early adulthood, middle adulthood, and late
adulthood are the seven general stages. Infants are dependent on their caregivers for everything,
while early childhood is about learning and developing motor skills, cognitive and social skills.
Middle childhood is characterized by friendships and understanding social norms. Adolescents
start exploring their identity and forming intimate relationships. Early adulthood is focused on
careers, personal growth, and building adult relationships. Middle adulthood is the stage where
individuals aim for stability, security, and achieve their goals. Late adulthood is about retirement,
finding meaning in life and looking back at the past with satisfaction or regret. By understanding
these stages, one can navigate life’s challenges and make informed decisions.
II. THE BEST STAGE OF LIFE IS THE STAGE OF 18-35 YEARS OLD.
1. Overview of the stage 18-35 (young adults).
A young adult is generally a person in the years following adolescence. Definitions and
opinions on what qualifies as a young adult vary. Generally, the term is often used to refer to
adults in the age range of 18 to 35 or 39 years. Completion of formal education, financial
independence from parents, marriage, and parenthood have all been markers of the end of
adolescence and beginning of adulthood, and all of these transitions happen, on average, later
now than in the past. Now we are dividing young adults to 2 period: 18-25 and 25 -35, we will
talk about the feature of that stage of life and the examples.
2. People in 18 to 25 years old.
In Vietnam, 18–25-year-old ‘s girls and boys may still be financially dependent on their
parents or primary caregivers to some degree, and they have not completely attained some of the
indicators of adulthood, such as finishing their education, obtaining a “career-based” full-time
job, being in a committed relationship, or being responsible for others. Most American emerging
adults move out of their parents’ home at age 18 or 19 and do not marry or have their first child
until at least their late twenties. As human enter adulthood, they are being self-focused.
Emerging adults focus more on themselves, as they realize that they have few obligations to
others and that this is the time where they can do what they want with their life. They
concentrate on their passions. They are exposed to new things and set our hearts on experiences.
They might have our first part-time job. They will also fail. They will also succeed. And when
they step out of our comfort zone, we really to be mature.

 3. People when they get married. (25 to 35 years old)
This stage of life is the most discussed stage of life and we spend most time of our lifespan in
this stage of life. As an adult, you have to own many responsibilities and you have to be more
mature. You have to earn money and be very conscious in making decisions and spending the
money that you earn. You have all freedom but the responsibilities provided to you don’t allow
you to use those freedom and benefits.
At this age, people are already thinking about getting married. Everyone finds a life partner
and lives with them. Wedding is probably the most beautiful moment in everyone's life because
it marks an important and memorable milestone.
After getting married, one of the most exciting things for a couple is to start building their
future together. One aspect of this includes deciding on how to raise their children and create a
comfortable home for their family.
Creating a comfortable home for the family also involves many considerations. This includes
selecting a suitable location, finding a home within your desired budget, and designing and
decorating the space to suit your family's needs and preferences. This can be a fun and enjoyable
process, but also one that requires compromise and collaboration between both partners.
In short, this is the period of life with the most ups and downs in life. We should cherish
every precious moment in life.
4. Why that is the most beautiful age of all life? (The stage of discovery, experience,
learning and work to be success).
We are at the most beautiful stage of our life. There was a time when there was no longer a
child's innocence and not much of an adult's experience. And the things we do will be luggage
for the rest of our lives.
At this age we need to learn how to manage time because a reasonable time arrangement
helps you maximize work efficiency.
At the same time, we need to have a reasonable savings plan. A successful person will not
forget to save some money for old age.
Taking care of your own health is necessary and equally important. If you neglect exercise
for many years, it will be difficult for you to start a new exercise regimen. Exercising for at least
1 hour a day is a healthy habit toreplenish energy for the body. Besides, pay attention to eat in
moderation to keep the body healthy.
We also need to constantly study well and supplement our knowledge. Knowledge is an
inexhaustible resource that people can learn for a lifetime. Successful people are those who are
constantly learning from communication skills, persuasion or learning how to get along with
people. If you want to succeed, remember that learning is never too much.

 5. Example of successful person in that stage.
Adults is the most beautiful period of human life, when we have time and health to implement
our wishes. There are people who have lived with all us heart and become an example for today's
young generation to study such as: Tran Khanh Vy, Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, etc.
Tran Khanh Vy , she is famous for the nickname ' Hot girl 7 languages', in her adults she has
always worked hard and devoted herself to achieve admirable feat. She scored 28.03 in the
national high school exam and graduated from the Diplomatic Academy with a classified good.
She also represented Vietnam to participate in many big events abroad and became the MC of
the program 'Road to Olympia', Talkshow 'Ielst 8' or host of 'Wave 22'. At the age of 21, she
achieved the golden button with her own youtube channel mainly to inspire and share her
experience of learning English. Despite being at a relatively young age, she has a very confident
style, never stop learning, renew herself and bring good values to life .Looking at their brilliant
youth makes us more motivation to learn and develop yourself and enjoy the best period of your
life.
