RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY
CAMARINES SUR PROVINCIAL CHAPTER (LnB-CSPC) OPERATION PLAN
AND ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR (F/Y) 2024

WHEREAS, the Liga ng mga Barangay Camarines Sur Provincial Chapter Treasurer has
certified that the estimated collectible for the ensuing fiscal year is in the total amount of
₱1,036.000.00 from the following sources:
Share from the 1036 Barangays @ ₱2,000.00 each. . . . ₱2,072,000.00
Less: Share of Proceeds for the LnB Bicol Regional Chapter and
the LnB National Executive Board: ₱1,000.00 x 1,036 = 1,036,000.00

WHEREAS, pursuant to the New Constitution and By-Laws of the 2022 Liga ng mga
Barangay sa Pilipinas (as amended), the Liga ng mga Barangay Camarines Sur Provincial
Chapter is required to formulate and authorize the appropriation of said Liga ng mga Barangay
Camarines Sur Provincial Chapter Fund strictly in accordance with the guidelines prescribed for
the purpose;
WHEREAS, there is a need to extend financial assistance to members of the Liga ng
mga Barangay Camarines Sur Provincial Chapter (LnB – CSPC) relative to medical, burial,
legal/judiciary, and the like expenses as well as calamity and emergency assistance that might be
needed during their active terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, on collective motion of the Liga ng mga Barangay Camarines Sur
Provincial Chapter (LnB-CSPC) in a General Membership Meeting assembled, which was
unanimously seconded, be it --
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the General Membership of the Liga ng
mga Barangay Camarines Sur Provincial Chapter, in a General Membership Meeting assembled, to
authorizes, as it hereby authorizes, THE LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY CAMARINES SUR
PROVINCIAL CHAPTER (LnB – CSPC) OPERATION PLAN AND BUDGET FOR FISCAL
YEAR (F/Y) 2024;
