Thank you very much for your time and cooperation in our survey. The survey will enquire about living standards, conditions of
infrastructure, farm production and prices, banking facilities, etc.
This survey is being conducted to assess the conditions in rural Azerbaijan to inform the Ministry of Agriculture. It is being conducted across
Mughan-Salyan, Lower Shirvan, North, and North-West with more than thousand households taking part in each zone. Your family was
randomly selected to participate in this study.
You can be assured that your names and addresses will not be revealed to outside individuals or organizations. The information that you
give will remain absolutely confidential.
You do not have to answer any question you cannot or do not wish to answer.
