Ratio of number of students liking cricket to the total number of students = 18:30 =3:5

32. Which of the given numbers (10, 5, 12, 15) is the solution of 5m=60?

Ans.

The given equation is 5m  60

Now, we will check for each given number, that for which the L.H.S = R.H.S

For m  10

5m  60
5(10)  60
50  60

Therefore, m  10

For m  5
