I am glad to inform you that, you have been Offered a
place in Kalaki Secondary School. Report to School
on...................................with this Admission Letter.
Failure to report to School by ............................ means
you will forfeit your place to another Student on the
waiting list.
DEVELOPMENT FUND
1. A Day Student will aggregates 28 below will contribute
Ug.shs 62,750 (Sixty two thousand shillings only).
2. Day student with aggregates above 29 will contribute
Ug.shs 82,000 (Eighty two thousand shillings only).
3. Day students who opt to have Lunch at School will pay
additional Ug.shs 20,000 (Twenty thousand shillings
only), 20kgs of Maize grains and 5kgs of Beans.
4. Or You can pay Ug.shs 65,000 instead of beans and

maize.

HOSTEL
1. Students who opt to be in the Hostel with
aggregates 28 below (USE) will pay Ug.shs
192,000 (One hundred and ninety two
thousand shillings only).
2. Students with aggregates 29 above (NON-
USE) will pay Ug.shs 212,000 (Two
hundred and twelve thousand shillings
only).
3. Additional to fees will be food contribution
of 30ks of Maize grains and 15ks of Beans
for both USE and NON-USE students.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
5,000/= (Five thousand shillings only) admission
fees.
20,000/= (Twenty thousand shillings only) for
fence lifting the school to paid on the admission
desk.
3,000/= (Tree thousand shillings only) for identity
card for all students.
Three passport size photographs taken at 4,000/=
on admission.
Mathematical set.
12 counter books.
12 pens and 6 pencils.
Students pocket dictionary for all students.
Drawing art book (A4) and 2B-6B art pencils for
all students.
Photo copy of a birth certificate and primary ID
Spring file
Good News Bible for all students.

Note: The above items MUST be presented


to the admission desk on reporting day.
UNIFORMS
BOYS: One navy blue trouser and deep blue short
sleeved shirt at a cost of Ug.shs 38,000 (Thirty eighty
thousand shillings only) supplied at School.
GIRLS: One navy blue skirt and deep blue short
sleeves shirt at a cost of Ug.shs 34,000 (Thirty four
thousand shillings only) supplied at school.
NOTE: The above uniform is for Senior One students
in 2016. New students and other classes will adopt the
existing uniforms in those classes. However Senior 5
students will wear grey skirts and long sleeve white
shirts for girls while boys use grey pair of trousers and
long sleeve white shirts. Black shoes is a MUST for all
students with long white stocking for girls.
SCHOOL RULES
Each student is provided with a copy of the School
rules which she/he is to adhere to besides each student
will sign a declaration form accepting what the School
offers to help her/him in her/his academic progress.
