(nothing exceeds 3,5% for informational articles/4% for landing pages of the text)
3. Checked each subheader in accordance with the requirements
4. Made sure that the main KW occurs in the first paragraph of the text

On our Trello board (If we are not communicating via Upwork, Skype, etc.) you will receive a
card with the name of the article, that will give you an idea of what you will be writing about.
In many cases you will also receive the list of keywords, but even without them, everything is
straightforward.
Knowing the topic of the article you can easily answer the following questions:
1. What is the purpose of your piece? Why are you writing? What do you want
to achieve?
2. What will be the main message of your post? What is the central question
you want to answer?
3. Who are your readers?
4. What information do you need to write your piece?
5. In what order will you present your information? What will be the structure
of your article?
Example: The card you were assigned to is called “Best Bitcoin Casinos”. Our main requirement
and RULE #1 is that you should never write off topic!
Knowing that the article is going to be about creating news apps we can answer our questions
in the following manner:
What is the purpose of your piece? What do you want to achieve? Why are you writing?
The purpose is to tell people, what are the best bitcoin casinos, but also, if they have any
questions about this topic (how such casinos work. How to find a legitimate one, etc), we need
to inform them as well/
What will be the main message of your post? What is the central question you want to
answer? Who are your readers?
The central questions are: A list of best casinos that accept Bitcoin and a well-described
methodology of why a particular casino has been chosen. Also you need to show the reader,
that we have the expertise to create lists like that. To make that happen we need to answer all
the possible questions a person might have.
What information do you need to write your piece? In what order will you present your
information? What will be the structure of your article?
In this section you should think of the structure of the future article. What sections will it use?
We recommend making sure to check out what ranks in Google for the keyword.
We encourage you to start with the most valuable information that is most related to the topic. In
this case you can start with intro about what makes a good bitcoin casino
Make sure that you don’t write something that is not related to the topic.
Example: You should not write about history of casinos in general or go into a discussion about
is it good or bad to play at casinos.
For some texts You will be given sample pages which You can use for getting content ideas.
Keywords:
For example:
The keyword you are aiming for is “US States”.
The LSI words for the keywords can be: “Nevada,” South Carolina,” Alaska,” etc.
For a word “dog” LSI’s would include: man’s best friend, big furry domestic animal, K9,
etc.
Your text should include LSI’s in order to: 1. Cut down keyword overspam; 2. Make the
text more readable; 3. LSI’s in a text is some sort of signal for search engines to rank
site better.
Here is the keyword density for “DDOS attack article. The main keywords “DDOS” and
“attack” are on the top of the list, but do not exceed 3,5%.
In this case, you can see the combined keyword ““DDOS attack” that exceeds the 3,5%
limit. However, it is a normal keyword density for a combination of keywords.\
Bad example:
DDOS attacks proved to be one of the biggest cybersecurity threats today. It is hard to
provide solid DDOS protection as DDOS attacks rarely follow a constant pattern.
● The first 100 words of the article (the introduction) are very important. This piece
must have many keywords - preferably, one keyword in each sentence. Make sure the
text is also 100% relevant to the topic.
( For example, if the article is about healthcare cybersecurity breaches, the intro must
not be about women IT professionals healthcare, healthcare in general, technological
advances in healthcare or anything else)
Bad examples:
○ The concept of “how to create an application for free” is a common question.
○ People usually ask “how can I code a simple app?”
● Keywords and the insertions must be grammatically correct. Keep in mind the word
order!
Bad examples:
If anybody wondered is it possible to create an app for free, the answer is yes.
Data breach shall be addressed by cybersecurity professionals.
Bad example:
Hackers distributed DOS attacks often during the recent years.
(If the keyword refers to certain topic, it shall not be placed in the context shifting the
focus.
For example, in this case you clearly see that “Distrubited DOS” keyword refers to the
“DDOS” (Distributed denial of Service) topic. However, the context of this sentence
“Distributed DOS” looks like “Hackers activity” (hackers distribute attacks) topic. )
Moreover
Even the keywords within one article shall be divided in accordance to the sub-topics.
For example, if you have the article “How to create an app” and the following keywords:
Structuring
Heading (H1)
You need to use the main keyword (phrase) in the heading. It can't be changed, divided into
parts, used in other tense, used in plural (if it is singular) or in singular (if it is plural). The phrase
should be used exactly as it is in the task description.
Note: this means that You should include the keyword as it is, but your heading should include
other words as well.
For example, for a KW “Healthcare Applications” a good heading would be: Healthcare
Applications: How simple apps improve our lifespans
Aim for 50-60 characters in length for H1
Introduction
Introduction should be two-five sentences in length (50-100 words). In the introduction You
should reveal to the reader what the text is going to be about. It can be a description of the
benefits provided by Andromo, etc.
This part of the text should be intriguing and make the reader want to read the whole text.
Lists
Every text should have at least one list. For example it can be a list of features that our app
builder has and which are better than our competition. If it fits the text add more lists, but they
always should be comprehensive and useful.
Good example:
H2: Applications that can be made with Andromo
H3: Wallpaper application
H3: Radio Application
H3: News Application
Bad example:
H2: How to create a News App with Andromo
H3: What is a mobile app
H3: How to earn money with applications
There must be at least 2 H3s in your H2, 2 H4s in your H3, etc
● Do not start the text with a link! Preferably, the first link shall appear in the
second paragraph of the text. However, if it is not possible, and the link must be
placed in the first sentence, do not put it in the beginning.
● The first link in text MUST be internal.
● Link to the external sources to back up your thoughts, but try not to put more
than 3 external links in one article.
● DO NOT link to shady websites or the ones that are not authoritative
● Check all the external links thoroughly. If you are not sure about the link, you
can avoid it and just mention the title of the organization.
For example:
According to the research conducted by the American Psychological
Association, ……
Bad example:
According to a recent research, the heroin addiction rates increased by 62%.
Your external link will add more value if the keywords are:
● DO NOT link the external sources to the keywords we want to rank for. (names of
services/tools we provide, keywords from your semantical research, words like
“cybersecurity”, “penetration testing”, etc)
- Used Sources
Please provide list of sources (links) You used to write content with every text You send us over.
This is important because we might decide to link to that particular page from our site. Add
hyperlinks throughout the text itself (hyperlink words and phrases). But do not use keywords
which we give You for hyperlinks. Also make sure You do not put links to .com and .org sites
as those can be our competitors (While You can use them for the research).
You can also add links to other relevant pages on our own website.
- Keywords Density
Any keyword should not exceed 3% of text in any form. You can check keywords density using
this tool http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword-density/ .
You should also evenly spread the keywords throughout the whole text, that way the content
won't seem over optimized and parts of it will be more relevant to each other.
- LSI usage
LSI or Latent Semantic Indexing is a way of expressing an idea of process, item, product, etc.
without naming it. For example for a word “dog” LSI’s would include: man’s best friend, big furry
domestic animal, K9, etc.
Your text should include LSI’s in order to: 1. Cut down keyword overspam; 2. Make the text
more readable; 3. LSI’s in a text is some sort of signal for search engines to rank site better.
- Plagiarism
Text should not contain any plagiarism. There is nothing bad in using information from different
sources, but everything should be written in your own original words. In case amount of
plagiarism will exceed permissible level, it will be returned for rewriting.
- Formatting
You should bold and italicize words or phrases in order to make the content more readable.
Formatting should be thorough and actually make reading the content more comfortable
- Pronouns
Try not to use pronouns at all. Readers are irritated when they are directly addressed as "You".
It is better not to use pronouns except for cases of citations.
- Reverse Psychology
Never try to prove something or annoyingly persuade readers that they must purchase our
products or services by saying something like "buy from us because we are the best!", the idea
is that the text should kind of state that "Yes, we are capable of doing particular services, and
yes the outcome will be outstanding and we are eager to help", but never try to convince the
user is something by just senselessly stating that we are great or even best in something. You
should kind of lead them to a conclusion that we are actually good, not state that.
Reverse psychology: when a person feels like somebody tries to persuade them in something,
they automatically start to believe that they are being scammed and deceived, thus thinking
exactly opposite of what they are being told.
- Cliches
Customer's satisfaction is our main goal! We work hard to make you happy! Trust us and you
won't be disappointed! And others like that are cliches that are unwelcome in the text. Why?
Because cliches don't look trusty, cliches are mostly associated with scam and low quality. Try
to think of ideas, semantic constructions that were never used before, that way content will
actually influence conversion in a positive way.
