II. Rationale

One of the sources of income of LGU Padada is Real Property Tax. In


contributed about 2.3% to the local income of Padada. Pursuant to PD 261,
the assessors are mandated, to undertake the general revision of real
property assessment and property classifications once every three (3) years.
This mandate adheres to the inherent taxation power of the Local
Government Unit in order to generate revenue and pursue its thrust of
providing the constituents the basic services.

The LGU of Padada through the Municipal Assessor’s Office in collaboration


with the Provincial Assessor’s Office had conducted the revision of real
property assessment and property classifications and will be presenting its
result in an exit conference comes Friday, September 15, 2023. Thus, this
activity design.

III. Objective

The main objective is to have .

IV. Expected Output

It is expected that 100% of the barangay real properties are assessed and
reclassified.

V. Expected Impact

Increased local revenue of Padada through real property tax collection.

VI. Manner of Implementation


This activity will be spearheaded by the Municipal Assessor Office under the
approval of the Local Chief Executive. Fund release will be subject to the
completeness of the enabling documents and review of the accounting office.

VII. Funding Requirement and Object of Expenditures

Object of Expenditures :

1. Food - P7,500.00

2. Venue - P3,000.00
