Customer can send a message, text body: ‘UNBLOCK’ to : 3627 and get the promotional block lifted. Expected response:

Customer can dial 25625 and use the USSD to get the following menu: a. Select Language b. Activate Promotional SMS
blocking c. Deactivate Promotional SMS blocking d. Current Service Status Customer can input according to their desired
wishes. Expected resolution timeline: 7 working days. Customer can also dial Customer Service: 0331 1333100 Customer
can also dial Consumer Helpline: 333

(Zong)
Zong: Customer can use an internet browser and enter the URL: https://cbs.zong.com.pk/websms/blocklist.aspx and on
the portal the customer will:
a. Enter Phone Number without 92 or 0 like 3107558811 & Captcha Code. b. Receive a Pin via text on their phone. c. Enter
the pin in the next step on the portal. Customer can also dial Consumer Helpline 310

(Telenor)

Telenor: Customer can dial *3627# and use the USSD to get the following menu: a. Activate Promotional SMS blocking b.
Deactivate Promotional SMS blocking c. Current Service Status

Customer can input according to their desired wishes. Customer can also send a message, text body: ‘UNSUB’ to SC: 3627
and get the promotional block lifted. Customer can also dial 777 (Corporate Helpline) Customer can also dial Consumer
Helpline 345
