Jack to Lemo (8 pin)

 Android device with free app


Remote RDP installed

Start ScanStation C10

 Start the Leica ScanStation C10


and wait for the boot process to
finish.

 The message bar should switch


from „Calibrate State“ to „Idle
State“.

 No further settings on the


scanner required.

time) and connect

Initialize Remote RDP Lite

 Install the free app Remote RDP


Lite.

 It provides access to a PC
running Windows XP
Professional or Vista/Windows 7.

 In the „Play Store“ search for


„remote rdp“ to find it.

fit of MMI to your device’s screen)

device (left from Home button)
and access again the connection
List.

 Select the new entry to establish


a remote desktop connection
from the Android device to the
ScanStation C10
(Default: [email protected])

Use C10 MMI remotely

 After some seconds the entire


ScanStation C10 window with the
active MMI is displayed.

 Use the on screen gesture to


enlarge the MMI to any size.

 To Lock/Unlock the screen go to


More and Lock/Unlock.

 The C10 is now ready for remote


control via Android touchscreen.

General Information
 For the detailed device configuration a Samsung Galaxy S2 with
Android-Version 4.1.2

 The configuration of other Android devices with other Android-Versions might


be slightly different from this description.

 Tested on Remote RDP Light v4.3.5


Other RDP apps can be used but might work differently.
