As and when accreditation for the above Courses is started by the NBA, such Institutions
who have been approved by the AICTE to run Course(s) at the Post Graduate Level shall
obtain NBA accreditation within TWO years.
Whether the Faculty and the Infrastructural facilities for the new Course and / or increase

As per Chapter 2, Clause No. 2.6 l, it states that institutions shall be eligible for an additional
one division with 15/30/60 seats (as supernumerary in each course at all levels exclusively
for working professionals subject to conditions).

(a) NO. The Concept of Working Professionals is to have Flexible timings in Regular
Mode (Face to Face mode) with the condition of Course Duration NOT Less than the
Normal Course duration (It should be always more than regular day time students
course duration) apart from fulfilling total contact hours for the entire Course duration
as prescribed by the Affiliating University/as applicable to regular day students.
Accordingly, the classes are expected to be conducted in evening hours on all week days
Ans. and Saturday & Sunday (including holidays). Also, Syllabus and Examination system
shall be same as the one applicable to regular day time students.
(b) YES. There is NO separate Infrastructure Required.
(c) YES. As per applicable AICTE student faculty ratio. Guidelines for Working Professionals
