Guidelines for Domestic Travel

• Please carry a printout of your e-ticket along with a valid visa and passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the
date of travel.

• Use your Airline PNR for all your communication for this booking with the Airline.

• All times indicated are local times (in 24 hours format) at the relevant airport and we recommend that you check-in 3
hours prior to departure.

• In the event of any cancellation/rescheduling, the respective airline charges will be applicable which may vary by the
airline. For all cancellations done online, Yatra will levy a charge of Rs 1250 per passenger and Rs. 2250 per passenger
per segment for cancellations done through our call center.

• Any cancellation must be done at least 48 hours prior to flight departure. Cancellation charges may vary if canceled
within 48 hours of departure.

• If a ticket is canceled directly from the airlines website, office or call center, the customer needs to Claim Refund from
MyBookings portal at Yatra. Yatra will levy Rs. 1250 per passenger per segment.

• In case your flight is transiting through a country apart from your destination, please ensure to carry a valid transit visa (if
applicable) to avoid boarding denial. In case of any additional information about transit visa please contact a Yatra travel
consultant. For eg: some countries where transit visa is required are United Kingdom, USA, Australia, Canada.

• For domestic airlines, baggage allowance of 1 piece is equivalent to one bag of 15 Kgs (max). However, this baggage
information is just for reference. Please check with the airline before check-in.
