Registration can only be in MySinglife portal and is required only if you do not have an existing MySinglife account, you can log
in with your existing credential to see the new Group Claim features if you already have an existing account.

What is the right claim type to choose?


 Dental = All kinds of dental claims (only available if policy is
eligible for Dental Reimbursement benefit).

 Outpatient = All outpatient visits to a GP or specialist,


expenses incurred for a diagnostic test, pre/post
hospitalisation visits following an admission/surgery
(for pre/post hospitalisation claim, click at the “Yes” check box in “Is this claim
related to a previous hospitalisation stay or surgery? (Optional)” section then
input in the Admission date and Discharge date.)
