Subject: Authorization to Collect My Daughter's New Passport

Your Excellency, I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you regarding the collection
of the new passport for my daughter, [SHEHETAJ HOSSAIN] which has been processed and is currently ready for
pickup at your esteemed embassy. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to personally visit the embassy to
collect the passport. Therefore, I have designated a proxy, [AHASUNUL KABIR], a trusted friend of mine, to collect the
passport on my behalf. [AHASUNUL KABIR] has been fully briefed about the sensitivity and importance of this
document, and I trust that they will handle the process with the utmost care and responsibility.

For your convenience and verification purposes, I have attached the following documents to this letter:

A signed letter of authorization, explicitly stating my consent for [AHASUNUL KABIR] to collect the passport on my
behalf.

A copy of [SHEHETAJ HOSSAIN]'s birth certificate.

A copy of [AHASUNUL KABIR]'s valid identification document for verification at the time of collection.

I kindly request your cooperation and assistance in facilitating [AHASUNUL KABIR] in collecting my daughter’s new
passport from the embassy. I assure you that this arrangement is made purely out of necessity, and I deeply
appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.

Please let me know if there are any additional forms or procedures that need to be completed for this request to be
processed. Your assistance in ensuring the smooth handover of my daughter’s passport to my designated proxy
would be greatly appreciated.
