Direction: Using the result of the survey, present it in graphical or tabulated form,
analyze the data and reflect on the following context:

1. What common problems do young adults encounter during this pandemic? Choose a case that you
think needs counseling and explain why it requires counselling?

Anxiety is an overwhelming monster that can keep you from living life to the fullest because it robs you
of your peace of mind so I think that problem needs to be treated by a counselor because many
teenagers experience anxiety that is not being treated correctly.
2. Read related case about the problem and the corresponding coping mechanism applied on presented
case.

Oprah Winfrey, the talk show host, is unfortunately, one of the many people who suffer from panic
disorder. Negative childhood experiences all added up and resulted in panic attacks and major anxiety
for her.

3. Write your own reflective essay about this experience.

Survey is extracting specific data from a particular group of people. I learned a lot while conducting the
survey. I knew the different emotions of people and reactions during this pandemic. In these hard times
we should be with our family that supports and love us so we can’t have these problems.
