Senior High School Entrepreneurship Day

February 14, 2024


Theme:

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL EXPO BOOTH CONTEST

Rules and Mechanics

1. All participants must be a bonafide Grade 12 students of NDSI enrolled this second
semester of the school year 2023-2024.
2. Participating groups shall be given half a day to set-up their respective booths.
3. The designated area will be determined by drawing lots. Strictly no exchanging of
areas.
4. The booth shall be set-up on the campus field, in front of the SHS Department
hallway. Each group shall provide their own pop-up canopy tent.
5. Each group is allowed to design and prepare their own space for the expo. NOTE:
Tablecloth per group is required.
6. Students shall start and end the expo at the designated time (8:30am-3:30pm).
7. Each group is responsible for cleanliness in the preparation of the product
particularly food items.
8. Each student participant should wear appropriate attire but must adhere to the dress
code stipulated on the handbook. Violators will be apprehended and will be given
deductions.
9. Students are not allowed to roam and sell around the hallways during the expo to
avoid littering.
10. Make sure to prepare a safekeep for money or any other important items.
11. Be aware of the flammable materials of your product or designs. (Do not light
candles or any other flammable materials during the expo).
12. Leaders shall coordinate with the secretary about their members’ attendance and
participation. The secretary shall report absences and non-participation to the
subject teacher.
13. Keep your stall clean and make sure to bring trash bags. The cleanliness of the
stalls of each group will be checked.
14. Any unlawful or ill behaviour towards anyone will result to deductions of points.
15. The booth area should be cleaned immediately after the event.
