Silicon 600

Silicon 600 is a heat resistant paint based on silicone resin that can withstand temperatures up to 600°C. It has excellent workability and is easy to apply. The paint dries to a semi-gloss finish, has a solid content of 62% by weight, and a theoretical coverage of 7.5m2/kg at 50 microns dry film thickness. It should be applied by airless spray or brush in 10-15 micron coats and recoated within 12 hours at 30°C or up to 1 month at 30°C. Proper surface preparation and personal protective equipment are recommended for safe application.
