Online shopping is the one of the form (way) of under E-Commerce.
It is the type of E-commerce with 2 categories (i)B2B & (ii)B2C online shopping)

Introduction - Online buying behavior is a complex construct and not easy to


understand or to product. Only a few years ago, it seemed obvious that customers
like to get information online, but prefer to make the actual purchase offline. Even
it they bought something over the internet, if the bought product was defective,
they preferred to hand it over to a physical expert to get it repaired. In contrast to
it, now-a-days more and more people are using the internet as a new purchasing
channel.
Online shopping is the process of buying goods and services from merchants who
sell on the Internet
Features of online Shopping (ACT) - (i) Assortment can be unlimited; (ii)
Compare/ Convenience (iii) No touch or feel the product.

Marketing
These are the key components of the Digital Marketing. Organizations can
deploy them in combination or in segregate form, to get high rankings and
business awareness. These elements not only assure brand awareness but
also ensure increased business revenue and productivity

Affiliate Marketing is the process of earning a


commission by promoting other people's (or company's)
products.
In this method, organizations pay one or multiple affiliates
for each lead or conversion. Affiliate marketing basically

internet users and can share their offerings with them.
Search Engine Optimization SEO is the list of
activities that are carried out to boost the volume of
traffic on a website through search engines like Google,
Yahoo, Bing, MSN etc.
SEO assures that a particular website can be found, for
the keywords or phrases that users are searching in the
search engine. SEO assures large reach of the website.
Web Analytics is an approach for tracking the user
activity and traffic on a website. Using this approach,
companies can easily track consumer behavior, their
