This can result in more innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable success in the long
run. Companies failing to understand ethical responsibility in their digital transformation

works can lead to problems like data breaches and privacy violations. These consequences
leads to financial losses, and damage to the company's brand and reputation.

Basically, those individuals and organizations engaged in the development and use of

computer technologies has a moral duty to think about and deal with the ethical issues of
their actions.

What are the responsibilities of computing professionals?

1. Make sure their work is safe and protected from any unauthorized access or use.
2. Always be honest and act with integrity in everything you do professionally.

3. Verify their work is trustworthy, authentic and precise.

4. Take responsibility for their actions and decisions, and strive to learn from mistakes.

Impact of technology in ethical code of conduct

1. As technology advances, its important to understand the advantages and

disadvantages of those technologies.

2. The rapid development of digital technologies have raised significant concerns

about privacy and security.

3. The development of new technologies also raises concerns about their potential

misuse, either by individuals, corporations, or governments.

Advantages and limitations of a company code of ethic

1. Having a code of ethics in place can protect the company against potential legal

and financial risks that may arise from ethical misconduct

2. Having a strong code of ethics for accountability within the organization, can

enhance the company's image and reputation.

3. A code of ethics might not be effective if it's not implemented. This results in a lack

of accountability and possible ethical breaches.

During this field visit, I got chance to meet and interact with IT professionals, and learn
about their roles and responsibilities. I got to see them work together and achieve their

goals. Going on this field visit provided me with a full understanding of the company's

technology and infrastructure. This includes getting a closer look at their hardware,
software, and IT systems. I also discovered more about the company's culture and values,

and see how the company promotes a positive and ethical workplace atmosphere.

This type of field trips make concepts more memorable. Students can also engage with

content in a variety of ways, which can help them learn better. It help students learn more
about themselves and their interests. They can discover hidden passions and potential

career paths. Going on a field trip to an IT company can offer students valuable
experiences that will help them learn and grow personally.
 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, a field visit to an IT company can be a valuable and enriching experience. It
provides an opportunity to gain knowledge of the company's operations, culture, and

technology, as well as to meet the team and build relationships. Visitors can learn about
