Mission  The primary goal of any residential house is to provide a safe and comfortable living space for its
occupants..
 The house should be designed and built to meet the functional needs of the occupants.
 Safety is a crucial objective. This entails adhering to building codes, using materials that are fire resistant,
and adding security features like alarm systems and strong locks.
 To Cater the needs of the client as to show his dream house into a vision.
Objectives  Why is it important to achieve the project mission? What do you hope to achieve? What is the purpose or
business justification? What value will the project bring to the organization? Who benefits?
 How will you know the project is done?
Deliverables  Full construction plans with specifications
 Proposed project into Reality
Stakeholders  Mr. Allan Gulimar
Roles and  Mr. Allan Gulimar is the Project sponsor
Responsibilities  John Vianni R. Dimalanta is the Project Manager
 AIdea Construction is the Build/Design organization
Approach  What will be the major phases/steps for the project?
Assumptions  There will be no insufficient to materials, damages and resources
Communications  The Project manager is the Top decision as well as The Architect
 The team will meet at every 25% of the project completion
Risks  Injuries caused by the construction phase

Challenges  The challenges could be faced is following the timeline

 Unforeseen expenses
Documentation  All project documents should be kept at the main office and to the site office
Boundaries  The project will limit to Interior Designing
Decision Making  The Architect/Engineer and Client is always the decision maker
