 FRANCHISE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT

You will operate a restaurant that specializes in making and selling burgers,
Pizza, Beverages, Chole Kulche, Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav and other menu items
offered by QuikShef. You will provide these services to customers, operating
under the Company Marks. This Disclosure Document defines certain
provisions of your Franchise Agreement and other information. Read this
document and all accompanying agreements carefully. You must sign this
Disclosure Document before you sign a Franchise Agreement. This agreement
is signed on the day you make the First payment to the Franchisor or an
Affiliate in connection with the proposed Franchise sale.
Do not rely on the Disclosure Document alone to understand your contract.
Read your entire Franchisee Agreement (Contract) carefully. Show your
contract and this Disclosure Document to a trusted advisor, such as a lawyer.
A Franchise is a lifetime investment. The information in this Disclosure
Document can help

Important Points relating of the Franchise that you are investing

in are mentioned below,

1. Minimum investment is of Rs.6,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only)

2. We do not charge you with any FRANCHISEE FEES or DEPOSITS

3. NO ROYALTY Fee applicable on sales from your restaurant

4. The above amount is for a shop with less than or equal to

250 sq. ft. carpet area.

5. Incentives worth INR 4000/- will be provided to the franchise owners
for the first six months.
6.All the required guidance to set up the restaurant will be provided
by us.
7. QuikShef or its affiliate (FID – Franchisee Infrastructure Developer)
shall set up the entire shop for you. FID may also be our Master
Franchisee or distributor.
8. An initial amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (One lakh) is paid for locking the
location and the signing of this Franchise Disclosure Document.
Location Locking shall be for 30 days only.
9. You can finalize the shop location with the help of Shop location
Selection criteria which will be shared with you.
10. You will get ONE MONTH to finalize the shop. This matter is subject
to change on case to case basis.
11. In case, if you Cancel the Deal you will be refunded Rs.65000 Only.
12. Extra work payment shall be done by you before the date of
inauguration.
13. After finalizing the shop, you are expected to get the following things:
A. Balance amount of Rs.5,50,000/- (Five Lakhs Fifty Thousand)
B. 2/3 Staff and Owner availability for Training
C. Keys of the shop for us to start work
14. Outlet design and Development shall be done by Our Operation
Head only. Amount shall be paid directly to the QuikShef account.
15. Based on the shop condition and work to be carried out, Our Team
will give you the expected time of completion. Work shall commence
post handing over of shop keys.
16. A list of all the things that will be processed by QuikShef are
mentioned in the Annexure.
17. In case if there is any Extra Work to be done at the Outlet, other than
the things mentioned in the list, shall be informed to you on the day
of handing over the keys. An estimate of the EXTRA WORK shall be
provided to you.
18. Extra work Payment shall be done by you on the day of Handing over
the Keys to us for developing the Outlet.
19. Plumbing & Drainage work will be charged extra.
20. We shall install an Exhaust at the end of the shop. However, if the
shop has no provision for an Exhaust outlet at the rear of the shop,
then the extra expense for Exhaust to be taken out in the front of the
shop shall be paid by you.
21. Any extra tiling work other than as mentioned in the list shall be paid
by you.
22. We shall be dealing only with a SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT (SPOC),
the Franchisee Owner or an appointed* by the Franchise Owner.
23. In case you have any partnerships, there shall be only one point of
contact between you and your partner. Franchisee Agreement shall
be executed in name of Only 1 person and he shall be the SPOC.
24. During doing business with QuikShef, you shall not enter into any
other Food Business that includes direct or indirect involvement.
25. Menu items and their rates will be as decided by the QuikShef.
You are not authorised to change the Menu Items or their rates.
(Company has separate rates for Delivery Apps such as Quikshef, Zomato
and Swiggy. These rates will be communicated to you when required)
26. We shall do Marketing activities during the opening of the outlet and
as per the company schedule. Any other required local marketing
activities to be done by you.
27. FSSAI License, Shop Act, Professional Tax, GST, Internet
Connection etc. shall be done by you before Opening of the Outlet.
The opening date shall not be given unless the above-mentioned
requirements are fulfilled.
28. Min. Manpower requirements: Owner + 2 Staff
29. Every sales entry has to be entered in the PetPooj App Billing
Software this is compulsory. (If the data is not available in the POS,
then we shall not be able to guide you or take any corrective steps for
the Business)
30. Since the billing app has to be compulsorily connected to the internet.
You shall make sure the outlet has an Internet Connection before
opening.
31. Terms and conditions may change based on the Business
circumstances and shall be informed to you regularly. You will have
to follow the new rules as and when changed, modified in the future.
32. Franchise owners must buy all the products required to be served
along with food products, e.g. Ketchup, Sauces, etc. and packing
material for the same from QuikShef only.
 Terms and Conditions for a bigger
shop area above 250 Sq.Ft.
1. Paint cost will increase as per location's basic rate.
2. Wooden Partition cost will increase as per location's
basic rate.
3. Client has to arrange tables and chairs from us, according
to our franchise format.
4. Cash counter and chair have to be there in the shop
according to the franchise format.
