ANSWER: Because the students are familiarized with their daily routines and
because of that some of them are bored, but the teacher can get the students
attention by discussing energeticly with some activities.

2. What should the teacher have in mind when she/he designs the classroom
organization and routines? What theories and principles should you have in mind?
ANSWER: She must think that she needs to be a energetic teacher and ready for the
questions of her students.
3. Which behavior strategies were effective in managing the behavior of the
learners? In motivating students? Why were they effective?
ANSWER: Having a good discussion and enjoyable activities because it can attract
the students to be attentive in class.

Reflect on the following and write your insights.

1. Imagine yourself organizing your classroom in the future. In what grade year
level do you see yourself? What routines and procedures would you consider
for this level Why?
ANSWER: I Imagine myself teaching 4th year students in highschool, I do some
routine and procedures and practices that can be ready them in their college years.

2. Make a list of the rules you are likely to implement in this level. Why would you
choose these rules?
ANSWER: Always copy lecture, so that my students will be responsible to take
down notes on their lessons.

3. Should learners be involved in making the class rules? Why ?


ANSWER: Yes to know about their thought and suggestions in the rules. Students
should be involved in making the classroom rules, because for the main reason
that they will be the one who will benefited and will follow the set of rules. And they
should also be aware of these rules so that they will know their limitations about
their actions in the classroom. Additionally, the teacher should know the students
thought about the rules that will be implemented.
