Learning English in First Grade

: Most essential learning experiences: Read the story given. And evaluate the elements of the story

Objectives: a. Identity the characters of the story read;

b. Defined the elements of the story; and

c. Relate the meaning of the story into real life experiences

Materials: Flash Cards/ Plastic tape/ Reading material/ Box/ Scissor.

Activity

The teacher will group the learners


into 3 groups and they are given a 3-
minute by identifying the words. On
each group contains a color. GROUP 1
RED, GROUP 2 YELLOW, GROUP 3

The teacher will provide a box and the


flash card. The task is the learners will

whether it is elements of the story or
Not.

The learners are given a chance and

score will revieve a 5 stars and second

After the games the teacher will


distribute a topic or a coppy of the
story in Title THE FOUR SMART
STUDENTS. The students will read the
story. After reading the teacher will
pick a part of the elements of the story
for the additional activity so that the
learners can identify this elements. By
identifying this elements they are task
to do some activity base on story
where given and the elements choose.

The teacher ask the leaners to describe the character of the


story.

The teacher ask the leaners by group to ACT representing by


doing good things, opposite of the story happen that they

After all the activity and assessment the teacher will rate the
score base on their performance. The group who will receive
a highest score or points will declare a winer second highest
is second placer and third highest is also declared a third
placer.
