1. FUNCTIONAL WRITING
Imagine that your cousin had invited you to attend their sister’s pre-wedding on Saturday the
29th April, 2023. Due to some reasons beyond your control, you will be unable to attend it. Write
a reply letter declining this invitation. (20mks)

FORMAT: Informal letter declining the invitation politely.


Must have one addresses: sender’s, (no name here), date - prompt before the actual pre-wedding day.
