Production Manager

Responsibilities

Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales and marketing
strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms a plus.

HR Manager

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Cibus' overall business objectives.
 Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
 Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and
disciplinary actions.
 Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
 Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and
knowledge.
 Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

Procurement:
 Manage the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies.
 Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Logistics and Distribution:
 Oversee the transportation of goods from manufacturing facilities to distribution centers
and ultimately to customers.
 Negotiate contracts with freight carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Compliance:
 Ensure all logistics and supply chain activities comply with relevant food safety regulations
and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

 Financial Management:
 Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions.
 Processing financial transactions (payments, receipts, etc.).
 Reconciling bank statements and accounts.
 Preparing financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
 Budgeting and forecasting.
 Financial analysis and variance reporting

 Develop and implement the company's financial strategies and policies, including budgeting,
forecasting, and cash flow management.
 Oversee tax planning and compliance activities.
 Manage treasury functions, including risk management, debt financing, and investor
relations.
 Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across the
organization.

Qualifications
 Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Accounting, or a related field
(CPA or CFA certification preferred).
 15+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the FMCG
(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
 Proven track record of success in financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A.
