More Insights:
• The weightage for Input will be 25%; Process & Output will be 75%
• Nearly 50-60% New Metrics in New NAAC. HEIs need to align to new processes to
achieve good number of ‘Excellence’, in all metrics.
• As such, the new system is not easier and more complex.
• Most likely no Experts Visit; Fees will be relatively less.
• No CGPA, No Grading; Metrics are categorized as Good, Concern & Weak.
• Golden window from May (last week) to June (Mid) where the HEI can submit
the DQA(IIQA) & opt for SSR either, existing frame work/binary.
• From June mid DQA(IIQA) submission will be on hold for 2/3 months.
• From December 2024/January 2025: Prequalifier based Level 1 to Level 5
Accreditation.
