EMPLOYEMENT AGREEMENT

Dear,
We are pleased to extend this formal offer of employment for the position of Sales & Marketing
Professional at ER Dubai Market. Your enthusiasm and skillset align well with the requirements of this
role, and we believe you will make a valuable contribution to our team.
Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Salary: AED 5,500 per month in probation period afterwards will increase as per the performance .
Traveling Cost: AED 250 per month
Probation Period: 2 months
During the probationary period, you will be on a visit visa. However, upon successful completion of your
probation and subject to your performance evaluation, we will provide the following benefits:
Accommodation: We will assist you in obtaining suitable accommodation.
Visa: We will facilitate your transition to an employment visa on monthly some fees of charge.
Salary Increment: Your salary will be reviewed and increased after the probation period, based on your
performance and contribution to the company.
Duty Hours: You will be required to work for 8 hours a day, and we may occasionally call you outside
your regular hours as needed for business operations.
Weekly Off: You will have Mondays as your designated day off.
Joining Date: Your employment will commence on October 23, 2023.
Termination Clause:
The employment relationship between the Executive Assistant and the CEO is considered "at-will." This
means that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause,
and with or without notice. In the event of termination without cause, the CEO may terminate the
employment of the Executive Assistant at their sole discretion, without the need to provide a specific
reason for termination.
This termination clause serves to clarify that the CEO has the authority to terminate the Executive
Assistant's employment without being obligated to provide a specific reason for the termination. It is

important for both parties to be aware of the "at-will"
nature of the employment relationship.
JOB DESCRIOTIONS:
- Flexibility and willingness to work beyond standard office hours when necessary, based on the
CEO's requirements.
- A professional and proactive attitude, aligning with the CEO's work ethic and values.
- Be available to assist the CEO outside of regular business hours as needed, in accordance
with the CEO's schedule and requirements, demonstrating unwavering commitment to
the CEO's success.
- Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other travel-related
logistics for the CEO, ensuring a seamless and comfortable travel experience.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, presentations, and conference calls, both in person and virtually,
focusing on aligning them with the CEO's objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for the CEO,
- Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with clients and partners.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet targets.
- Present products and services to clients with a commanding and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a modern, professional appearance, adhering to a dress code that aligns with our brand
image.
- Exude confidence and charisma in all professional interactions, especially when representing the
company.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including using office software and CRM systems.
- Marketing skills to contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and promoting a positive work culture.
- Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance the team's skills.
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO when required.
- Building and maintaining a commanding, professional rapport with the CEO is paramount to the
success of this role. Collaborate closely with the CEO to understand their vision and goals.
- Work closely with the CEO to implement strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate unwavering dedication to the CEO's success and the overall growth of the company.
- Communicate proactively with the CEO to provide updates, share insights, and address any
challenges.
- Be an indispensable partner to the CEO, assisting in turning their vision into reality.

Please note that this offer letter is valid for a period of 3 working days from the issue date. After this period, the
offer will be considered null and void.
This employment agreement shall be executed in two counterparts, with one copy signed by the Executive Assistant
and the other by the CEO. The employment agreement is subject to final approval by the company's board of
directors, who shall review and authorize the terms and conditions of this agreement.
This point clarifies that both parties involved in the agreement, the Executive Assistant and the CEO, will sign the
document to indicate their consent. Furthermore, it emphasizes that the final approval of the agreement's terms and
conditions is subject to review by the company's board of directors.
In the event that the signed letter of agreement, as described in this document, is not submitted within two (2) days
of the effective date of this agreement, this employment agreement shall be considered null and void, and the
employment relationship between the Executive Assistant and the CEO shall not be established.

This clause makes it clear that the failure to submit the required
letter of agreement within the stipulated time frame will result in the automatic dissolution of the agreement,
preventing the establishment of the employment relationship between the Executive Assistant and the CEO.
