Dear Dr. Apolinario,

I am Mary Jean M. Soriano, a graduate of Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science from


Davao Doctors College, and I would like to apply as a Medical Technologist in your
respective institution. I recently passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination
last March 14, 2023. Despite being a fresh board exam passer, I believe the passion I
have for my chosen field would give me strength and determination to learn everything I
need to learn wholeheartedly, and be able to conquer any possible challenges along the
way. Moreover, I have experienced working as well as a reliever at Perpetual Polyclinic
Laboratory along with my preparations for the board examination. Aside from that, I had
also spent my internship at Davao Doctors Hospital for five (5) months and some of our
staff have allowed us to perform phlebotomy on their patients and execute various tests
in their automated machines. With this, I wish to apply in your institution and help me
increase my knowledge, hone my skills and expertise, and help me grow personally and
professionally in my chosen career.

If given a chance, I would be devoted to give my best in any aspect of this field and I
would also be willing to learn anything from your skillful staff. I hope you will find me fit
for the position and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
