This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of online learning and physical activity in physical education subjects using online media during the COVID-19 pandemic. The researchers used a descriptive quantitative methodology to study students at SMA PLUS ALFATIMAH who participated in online learning. Based on the findings, online learning is becoming more popular as a way to prevent virus transmission while supporting learning achievement. Popular platforms like WhatsApp and Google Form were effective because students were familiar with them and they worked well even with low internet signals. The lecture method was also interesting to use during the pandemic as teachers remained the primary source of information.
