Summative Test 4 Grade 10 W8

This document appears to be a science test from Felimon M. Salcedo Sr. Memorial National High School in the Philippines. The test has two sections - the first asks students to identify whether diagrams show applications of mirrors or lenses, and the second is a multiple choice section testing knowledge of generators, motors, electromagnetism, and optics. It also includes two performance tasks - to create a simple electric motor and collect non-biodegradable waste. The test is assessing student knowledge of physics concepts related to optics, electromagnetism, and renewable energy.
